I Married My Ex's Uncle Novels & Stories

I bounced off the bed like I’d been electrocuted, sheets tangling around my legs. No, no no! This is nothing but a mad joke. The man who had fucked me senseless for hours last night is my ex husband's uncle!

he demanded, grip tightening, “even when things are this bad?” I tried to pull away, irritation burning hot. When I couldn’t, I looked straight into his eyes. “Rowland,” I said sharply, “remember this—I was your Uncle Nathan’s wife. Even if the marriage is over, legally there’s still a connection and our mate bond hasn't been severed yet. How do you expect me to accept help from my ex-husband’s nephew?” My words were like cold, clean, merciless blades. Rowland opened his mouth to speak but closed it. Pain flickered through his eyes, but his grip didn’t loosen.

Lawrence Adams, her uncle, said walking towards her with no ounce of remorse on his face. Eva knew better than to answer anything, if she thought her husband was worse then she was mistaken. Lawrence Adams was the worst of them all, ever since her parents passed away in that accident, this man had given her nothing short of suffering. “It's good you weren't badly hurt, such a shame that you had to find out in that way,” her uncle said, his voice full of mockery. Anyone who would have heard him would have mistaken his cold tone for that of concern. Eva blinked her eyes, her throat feeling like bags of sand had been dragged through it. She knew her uncle's visit was either to ask for money or

Arthur nodded slowly. “That means Marcus Carter is technically part of the Hale family.” Emily looked at Adrian. “Technically.” Ryan frowned. “Why technically?” Adrian answered calmly. “Marcus’s father was my older brother.” Ryan blinked. “…Okay.” He counted on his fingers. “So let me understand this.” He pointed at Emily. “You were married to Marcus Carter.” Then he pointed at Adrian. “And now you’re married to his billionaire uncle.” Emily sighed. “Yes.” Ryan leaned back. “That’s going to make family dinners awkward.”

Without waiting to hear more rubbish from him I shut the door angrily, then I suddenly opened the door again because I had something important to tell him. “Well guess what? Your uncle chose me, this would be the last time we speak formally. I am now your uncle’s wife.” I said to him and closed the door with satisfaction. At the beginning of the conversation I really wanted to give him a punch on the face but I stopped myself because the look he had on his face was satisfactory enough for me. ## #### It was getting darker and almost time for my dinner with Jackson. The dress was so beautiful, he sure has a good taste in picking outfits.

“Wow!.....I thought it was a dream when I saw you at dinner…Now you're kissing my uncle who has a 25 year gap….You want to have revenge so bad…Don't you?” I crossed my arms. “Say what you came to say and leave.” “So it’s true,” he said. “You married him.” “I didn’t invite you here…..Why in fact are you here?” He ignored that. “My uncle…..Of all people.” I felt something sharp twist in my chest. “You really think I planned this around you?” I snapped. “You tell me,” he shot back. “You disappear. Then suddenly you’re married to one of the most powerful men in the world…..who is my uncle.”

I was standing near the edge of the room, finally alone for a moment, when Marcus found me. "You look happy," he said, though his tone suggested the opposite observation entirely. "Married to my uncle. That's quite the upgrade." "Don't." "I'm just saying. A few weeks ago you were crying in my driveway, and now look at you." He stepped closer than was comfortable, close enough that I caught the smell of whiskey on his breath. "Tell me something. Does he know? About us? About everything we had before all this?" "There is no us, Marcus. There hasn't been for weeks."

To hell with all of this. “You never even tried to persuade your father, did you? You deliberately let Juliette end up with my idiot uncle!” Andrew hissed. Even though he was standing at the center of attention among all the guests, he still brought up Anastasia's failure to cancel Juliette's wedding. In less than five minutes, they would be guided through their vows, binding themselves as husband and wife, a union that could only be severed by death. Juliette, wearing a bridal veil, merely smiled.

“Anna. The one I dated before. I messed up but—” “Joshua,” his mother cut in sharply, her tone deadly calm, “that woman is engaged to your uncle. The Sinclair heir. The man keeping this family afloat!” Josh blinked like he had been slapped. “What?” he breathed. “She is Alaric Sinclair’s fiancée. Do you know what that means for us?” “She’s... she's married into our family?” Josh croaked, face going pale. “Engaged. And she’s the reason your uncle hasn’t pulled our funding yet,” his dad growled. “If you’ve just embarrassed her in front of the press—”

My jaw left on the floor. D-David’s uncle?! What?! How come I didn’t know him?! David and I had been in a relationship for three years yet I never saw this man with that bastard! Oh… that reminds me… I let out a dry chuckle at the realization. David never took me seriously… because he couldn’t get what he wanted from me.
