I Reincarnated As A Slime Novels & Stories

Years later, at a class reunion, someone mentioned that Amber was released, only to be stabbed to death by the two victims she'd tricked. Hearing she was gone lifted a weight from my chest. The snake that haunted me was finally dead, and I could breathe easily at last.

I followed her into despair, jumping to end it all. When my soul hovered above my lifeless body, I saw someone I never expected. It was Andrew. He came running toward my corpse, tears streaming down his face, begging the doctors to save me. But my head was nearly shattered, so how could they possibly bring me back? My soul screamed madly at him, wanting him to stay away from my body as the very sight of him disgusted me. If I could, I would have slapped him silly. But I was powerless. What I didn't expect, however, was to be reborn.

"Roxy, you did great. I'll take our daughter for her checkup later." Jensen Highmore's voice rang gently beside me as he held our baby in his arms, his expression soft and tender. A sudden chill ran through me as I jolted awake to the realization—I had been reborn. There was no time to think about how or why. I quickly spoke up to stop him. "No need. I'll take her myself. Didn't you say you had to work overtime? You don't have to stay here."

The chant from the pack increased, my heart pumped harder as I kept on monitoring the smoke and hoped for a miracle… “ARCH,” A voice echoed through the smoke. The chant in the room stopped and we all glanced at the super natural replica of Roan James. My heart was at ease. I felt so weak at the moment and my vision became blur. I was in between life and death, like that was actually my spirit which echoed from there. I couldn’t understand a thing which occurred from that moment as I panted and remained lifeless on the rock.

(ꐦ ≖ ‸ ≖) “…then you’ll be sent to reincarnate.” (╯°Д°）╯︵ ┻━┻ ‘You lot are scammers! Give me back my wonderful carefree life in a vast, beautiful world!!’

What if he wasn’t like Mercy? One night in a drunken stupor, I took too many pills and didn’t wake up. Little did I know at that time, fairies never fully just die. They come back, they live on. But their forms do change. Due to my efforts I supposed, I was reincarnated, this time as an angel. But it wouldn’t be until my clock ran out that I knew what I was, or understood it. My body was weak, a basic human so I didn’t think I had any special powers.

I asked. “Well, I don’t reincarnate, but I do have some sort of a reboot system. I still age, and when I get too old, I transform to a baby. To answer your second question, most possessed are teenagers. Maybe because they have vulnerable hearts, so think of it as a steak out.” "Last question. Why did you tres- uhh.. come here?" "Well, I wanted to check on the sins and I needed a place to dry off." "Sins?"

The beast told me, to which I smiled and nodded. “Oh! Before I forget, what are you?” I asked him. “Me? I’m a Chimera. Don’t you forget it.” He tells me, to which I nodded to confirm that I wouldn’t. “Rin the Chimera…” I stated to myself, and suddenly the light engulfed me, transporting me to this world I was once in. Now, I’m returning with a new slate in life. The past is the past, and I want nothing to do with it. Look out world, that other guy is dead, and I’m taking charge... Here I come, Rin the Chimera...

she chuckled, "However, that doesn't explain the latter part." "Hmmmm… how should I explain this? If I remember correctly, it happened a few thousand years ago, something happened that caused my body to get sealed for a long time. Somehow during that process got reincarnated, regressed into a newborn child. That time my second mother found me in the cave during one of their investigations and adopted me. Somehow I grew up not knowing my past life. My body was weak yet due to a recent incident my seal broke off and I started to remember everything… if you ask me why or how, I also don't know." Just as we were talking a system notification appeared in front of me.

But even if it sounds feminine, I really love it – I like my second name because it makes me feel like I have Japanese blood, and I like to watch and read isekai anime or manga about protagonists who are reincarnated in another world and become super strong. Just like that dream… Mundo da Fantasia. It’ll be nice if I get reincarnated to that beautiful world and be an overpowered character! Just like the newest anime I’m into. I’m actually looking forward to the next episode of that time I reincarnated as slime. Hays, Rimuru-sensei! Buttoning my shirt, I can’t help but notice how average my look is. I'm just a fat guy, cursed with a swarm of pimples on my face, cleavage, and back.
