I See You In Avatar Novels & Stories

AVA I woke up feeling like I had been sleeping right on top of an earthquake. My vision was blurry as I struggled to make out the figure seating beside me. "Ava." I thought I heard Kael's voice reach me, comforting like a warm blanket I didn’t know I needed. I managed a whisper, but the air just left my throat in a soundless breath. "Ava, can you hear me?" The voice came again, but as I blinked, the haze finally cleared. It wasn't Kael. It was Amina, tipping my chin up to look into my eyes.

I said in agitation. "What?" She exclaimed. I nodded. "She saw you, Ava. She saw you with Skye," I said to her and she looked at me but her eyes were distant.

Oh my word, I Let him in. I let him see me..... "Now you see me." I murmur into his chest, before dozing off to nothingness.

Irene and Harvis exchanged glances at themselves and burst into laughing, "Um...Ava, we know you are not an undercover or serial killer. Look, I love you and I like you that's just the point! I love you! Now take this and sign!" "

Lira's POV As we reach the North, I see the cave that I saw in my vision earlier. Exactly the same cave, and it leaves me wondering what exactly is wrong with me back there. What exactly happened that made me see the vision? Maybe it's the Goddess listening to my desperation and acting on it… but either way, I'm grateful. I quickly step closer to it, though Elvis and Seb remain behind me as if they can't figure out what is wrong with me. Or maybe thinking that their lady has finally gone crazy.

Ren said flatly. Temporarily. A pause. To see if you still choose. Silence fell heavy and absolute. Finally, I nodded. “Do it.” Kael looked at me sharply. “Aria—” I turned to him, pressing my forehead briefly to his chest. “If I only choose when I can see everything… then I’m already failing.” He exhaled, conflict clear, then nodded once. “Then I’ll be your sight.” The avatar inclined its head again. The test begins at dawn.

Peace at last. I hear a hiss from the flames as an image appears in the smoke. Fuck, not now. I internally groan as a face I haven’t seen before appears, followed by those dazzling green eyes I couldn’t forget if I tried. “Astaroth, danger is coming for you. Act now before it is too late!” the flames hiss once more, the fire crackling as images appear before my eyes.

"That was how I knew you Ava. I'd seen you on campus and I'd known immediately," My heart beat faster at the electrifying intensity of his gaze. "Known what?" "That you are my mate Ava."

Aurora seemed to be lost in her world of toys because she didn't look up from her toys even once. "Your mask looks nice. I can tell that you're really pretty behind the mask," Ava said and I lowered my gaze, my cheeks heating up. It had been a while since I was told that I looked pretty. I was quite used to the word 'ugly'. "I heard that you're a seer and you saw your mate in a vision. It must be really cool to know who your mate is, before meeting them," Ava continued. I gave her a smile. I was thankful about the fact that most of the females I'd met in the pack were friendly and heart warming. I had been around toxic people most of the time. So, this was a breath of fresh air.

Even they had not seen her face. "Avatar. My name is Avatar." She told him. She just watched the movie a few days ago. Kind of think it was cool. Her brain was still thinking of a way to get away from this stranger who did not want to let her go. And Amiya was afraid her father would order somebody to check on her in her bedroom. Because her father's house was far from town. She must call a taxi. But that was not a problem. The problem now was to ask this man to let her get off his body!
