“Fine, suit yourself. I am doing my homework.” Since then I see him regularly. Whenever my mom was busy I end up doing the chores at his place and his groceries. He was pretty nice and gives me extra cash every time I do some chores for him. We barely talk and I was really annoyed that he keeps calling me kid. I mean. I was turning 18 this year in a few months. I am not a kid. I hope that he would just looked at me and see a me as a woman. I was stupid. I know that he would never be attractive to me. He looks at me like his little sister.

but I never hated you. I even wrote a song about you. Madison Rain. The song that JD sang for you during your 18th birthday. It was the song that I wrote. It was supposed to be a surprise but I thought that it wasn't good enough so I threw it away. I was so mad when JD found it and sang it in front of everyone but I saw how happy you were when you thought that he really made that song for you. I knew then that I could never compete with that and that I could never stay angry at the person who was making you happy because I never could.
