TIA POV The sounds of the birds' and woodland creatures' morning calls softly awoke me from my sleep. The smile that stretched across my face was something no one who knew me had ever seen. These smiles were always reserved for my oasis and my wolf, Meadow. To everyone else, I was incapable of joy and smiles. I was the notorious Ice Queen of Cherry Ridge, after all. I breathed in deeply as I stretched my arms out wide. Fresh morning dew only enhanced the purity of this moment. This was what I wanted. It read 8:23am. “Can you give me 15 minutes?” “Sure, take all the time you need.” Dukia quickly ran to the bathroom, brushed her teeth, washed her face and put on some powder and lipgloss she had found in one of the cabinets last night during her mini tour of the apartment. She changed into a lightweight floral gown and settled down in the sitting room. She called James back. On the screen, she saw a wiry bald old man, with a few graying hairs on his temple. She had a faint recollection of him from her childhood.

Her mask, which had been precariously perched on her face, slipped off and fell to the floor. A seasoned journalist named Alex, had been covering the Manchester family's social circle for years. He had seen countless photos of Liliana Anderson, the elusive "Ice Queen," but never thought he'd cross paths with her in person. Yet, as he scanned the room, his eyes landed on a familiar face - or rather, a familiar profile. The sharp jawline, the piercing eyes, and the distinctive nose were all unmistakable.

She bowed respectfully to us before standing up straight with a proud smile on her face. "Bart called down and said your graces may be stopping by. He said that this one was the true Queen and I didn't believe him, but the way she just dissected that piece, knowing exactly how much power and which kind of magic was used to make it tells me that she is indeed the Timekeeper Princess.
