Cyrus fell silent. Just then, his phone rang. He glanced at the screen but did not answer. Soon after, my own phone rang. It was a call from an unknown number. When I answered the call, Paige's weak voice came through the line. "Hello, Ms. Lightwood. It's Paige. I know you're with Cyrus right now. May I speak to you, just for a moment?" I turned on the speaker and placed my phone on the table.

I could get a batch of goods and sell them in the market to seize the market share first. Without delay, I took out my piggy bank. The 500 dollars inside was all my savings. If you could have a superpower, what would it be?" Ava thought for a moment. "I think I'd want to be able to teleport," she said. "Imagine being able to travel anywhere in the world in the blink of an eye. It would be amazing."
