SECRET OBSESSION

SECRET OBSESSION

The little goblin stood this way, the book held tightly in her hands, her lips moving silently. "Well?" Mike asked after nearly a minute had passed. "Tink doesn't remember." Shoulders slumping, Tink handed the book to Mike. "Maybe husband figure out?" "We'll see." Opening the book, he was surprised to see the words swim across the page, the text fixing itself in place before his eyes. Expecting some profound piece of magic, he realized he was looking at a fairly simple recipe for peanut butter cookies. Flipping back and forth, he saw that the recipe was the same on every page.

Rocco says handing me a plate full of food, I just take few bites before being full, I moved my food around not hungry anymore, they notice that I wasn't eating. "Eat a bit more Mia" Mouse says I really wanted to ask my brother why his name is Mouse, but I was too afraid to ask. "I'm full" I say honestly. "The puppy is probably scared first day at school" Adam says, I nod to that, that's a good enough lie. "Here, that's for lunch" Mouse says handing me some money, he gave me too much for simply lunch money, but I was still too afraid to say no to him or any of my brothers.

How to Divorce a Grumpy Billionaire

How to Divorce a Grumpy Billionaire

"Which animal do you like the most?" “I think the lion…” he said, although he still didn't seem completely safe around her “Last week, at school, my teacher read a really cool book about a cowardly lion who needed the help of a mouse friend to become brave... Hey, does that mean you know how to make a paper lion?” Alec's eyes widened with pure admiration.

The Underworld Trials of Luna

The Underworld Trials of Luna

“Damn,” Anton murmurs, tapping his fingers soundlessly on the table while he processes everything Laila just said. “That is…that is definitely not the bedtime stories I was told as a child.” “Oh,” Laila says, turning to him with wide-eyed interest. “What kind of stories did you have?” “About a mouse,” he answers instantly, quite earnest, snapping his gaze to hers, “that would come and take the teeth you lost as a child, give you money for them –“

awesome continuity... please if you continue for the other characters, show it in the description like you did for the book 2. there's another book with the same names of Ellie and Dominic and I was confused. I really hope there's a Rafe and Mark book.

The story-line carried well throughout the entire book until the ending. The ending seemed abrupt, rushed and lacked content/drama that could have been built for additional spin offs and left too many things unaddressed.

The Cuckoo's Egg

This time, I wouldn't let Winnie have her way. Reaching to grab Joey's bed tightly, I shouted, "I won't move a single step until the people from the donation center arrive!"

The Wolf Who Chose Me

The Wolf Who Chose Me

The world cracked wide open. --- He stood in the prison again. But this time, the wolf wasn’t chained. It was walking toward him—fur gold and black, its body too large, too old. Its eyes were his own. > “You’ve run long enough,” the wolf said. “You are the last. You are the gate.” Ezra’s legs trembled, but he stood his ground. “I’m not your vessel.” The wolf’s smile was slow. Cold. > “Then why are you breaking?”

Dear Ex-Husband, I'm Only Here to Save Your Son

Connor murmured, a hint of a smile appearing on his face. “My mom used to say that good things should be shared, and that’s what I do.” I shrugged, a little too shy that he’d used the same one he used when we were married “Besides, the only bad thing about sharing cookies is that every now and then, some giant ants might invade the kitchen and eat them all in one go.” I raised an eyebrow. “Maybe if they run out so quickly, it’s because you didn’t do enough.” He shrugged, but Theo seemed more focused on something else.

The Legendary Luna ( Luna With No wolf)

The Legendary Luna ( Luna With No wolf)

I wandered through the aisles, running my fingers along the spines, feeling a sense of belonging I hadn't felt in a long time. I spent the whole day there, completely lost among the books, reading story after story until I lost track of time. One book caught my attention "The Adventures of Sir Flufftail" a ridiculous but absolutely hilarious story about a brave and very dramatic rabbit knight who went on quests to save stolen carrot cakes from mischievous squirrels.

"Mr Philip sent me to give this to you." "Thanks." I collected the book to inspect the front cover, while he showed off some dimples. The book had a raccoon as it's display photo. The raccoon looked thrilled to bits with both hands up and mouth open like it was shouting. The background was yellow, it had the words, 'furiosly happy' boldly written on it. Under the book title, there were word too that said, 'a funny book about terrible things' written in smaller font, while the author's name was Jenny Lawson.
