Illusion
"Someday the sun shines so bright, so my eyes hurt, but I can't seem to pull my gaze from the sky."
"You love the sky," I reply, looking at his side.
He nods in approval, "You know."
I watch him, trying to remember what has changed about him. His clothes? No, he's wearing in the same style he used to. The same normal, light colored t-shirt and skin tight dark blue jeans, a rolex in his wrist, running shoes on feet. He doesn't bother to comb his long hair, always messy, falling at his forehead, which makes his face so cute.
