Definitely. Controlling? Absolutely. But scary?” She shrugged lightly. “Not really.” A dangerous kind of amusement flickered briefly in his eyes. “You have terrible survival instincts.” Aubrey smirked a little. “And you have terrible people skills.” “That isn’t new information.” That surprised a laugh out of her before she could stop it.

She has a reputation from being a babe, the center of admiration for the guys in town. However, she’s not an easy person to befriend. She has the aloofness of the rich and it’s not an understatement since she does live in Bloomingdale. So, it’s not surprising when she turns out self- self-opinionated and arrogant. Aubrey is definitely a lot more tolerable than Lizzie. Although they both jump easily from one guy to another, Aubrey doesn’t do it deliberately.
