Amaya and her late mother was very close, there was nothing she was not able to share with her late mum. She remembered when she first met Vedika, at that time Vedika had just moved to New York City, and she bought a house two block away from Amaya's. Vedika and Amaya's late mother became acquainted, and the two became very close, because Amaya before that time never had a godmother, Amaya's late mother thought it would be right if Vedika became Amaya's godmother.
