Not the press, not the people at the restaurant. Only her. And even she could have completely missed it. So why was it there? Her grip tightened on the ring. This wasn’t something meant for the public. Or was it? Doubt and confusion tugged in her mind. This wasn’t for show. This felt personal.

Her eyes shifted nervously toward the door behind me. “Please, Alice,” she added softly. “Okay,” I said calmly. “But why exactly do you want me to leave?” She hesitated. “Why?” I pressed. “I want the entire house to myself… and Logan,” she finally confessed. I smiled. “Fine. I’ll leave and give you both the privacy you so desperately desire.” I went upstairs and changed my clothes. A few minutes later, my phone rang—it was a call from the old-age home. The nurse caring for Logan’s mother wanted to see me.

His hands closed around my wrists and held firm, stopping me completely, his grip iron-tight. “Don’t,” he said quietly, his eyes steady on mine. “You won’t get anywhere fighting me. And even if you got past me, you wouldn’t make it far.” “Let go of me, you arrogant—” I pulled against his hold, fury burning through every part of me. “So fiery,” he said, and something in the way he said it made my skin crawl. “I appreciate that. But you’re not going anywhere.” “I am not something you get to own,” I spat, still pulling. “I am not a possession. I’m a person.”

I moaned loudly as his fingers skillfully pleasured me, making me wetter with each movement. "Fuck," he moaned and turned me over. He slammed his lips onto mine, kissing me possessively and hungrily. I held onto his head and ground my body against his. He grabbed my waist and pulled me closer, then he broke the kiss and looked into my eyes. As I held his gaze, I noticed he held so many emotions in his eyes, but the one that stood out was possession. "I own you," he said, and I gulped, not out of fear, but because of how my body reacted to his words. "You are mine," he added, and I gulped again. "I…" he wanted to say something, but then he stopped and sighed.

And though the crowd couldn’t feel it, I did. The warning. The possession. You belong to me. And no one else.

Will paused in front of a heavy door before opening it with a sudden click. Inside, the room was vast and organized with meticulous precision. Gun racks lined the walls, each firearm gleaming under the sunlight. Shelves held knives, ammunition, and tactical equipment. It was unmistakably a private armory. Aurora’s face betrayed nothing, but as her eyes roamed around the room, they glimmered with pure excitement. Her lips parted slightly, though no sound escaped.

I found them on the cupboard beside her bed. I looked through each of them, they all had inscriptions on it so I grabbed the one that was for Hernando’s study, putting it in my backside pocket. I needed to hurry so I could return it before she comes back. Suddenly, I heard the door opened and footsteps approaching. I froze.

He claimed that today. I am his. My mind, heart, body, soul everything belongs to me. I am not ashamed to admit that he owns me. Alexander Russo owns me. ****************************************
