The Mafia Princess

The Mafia Princess

Hope especially loved its scent. A child said What is the grass? fetching it to me with full hands; How could I answer the child? I do not know what it is any more than he. She said, reciting a line from Walt Whitman's Leaves of Grass, Song of Myself. She loved literature so much she can recite lines from memory. It’s one of her favorite poems. The significance of Grass, is that a single blade of grass represents an individual in society. The blade or spear of grass is amongst an innumerable host of leaves of grass. It is a representation of this grass, as well as distinct and separate (as an individual blade) from this multitude.

Timber Alpha

Timber Alpha

'We shouldn’t be here,' hissed in my head, I knew she was right but I chose to ignore her. The patch of grass underneath me was that thick, plush kind of grass, that was never attended to but long enough to slightly bend over making it perfect and cushy to lay on. It was surrounded by such a dense treeline and bushes; it was a wonder that those types of plants just refused to grow in the small oval area I was in, and when you looked up, it provided a perfect view of the sky.

Tear
Great read. Well written..had a few errors but that's to be expected. The main character had tantrums but she was not portrayed as annoying but more endearing, which I really liked. When they become annoying, it really turns me off the book. But all the characters' development was top notch. Bravo!!

I need help! Lol, I want to go on with the second, but need to know if I should continue on what is there at the end of timber alpha, then the stand alone mated to Brianna? Will it be confusing if I do what follows the first book then the second?

The cool, crisp breeze softly swept through the trees. Flowers of different colors popped from the ground giving the air a sweet smell, and the lush green grass from the paddocks extending all the way through the vast prairie outside the old fences bordering the whole property was just a majestic sight. It looked like a scene from a fairy tale.

Bullied Hybrid's Mates: The Alpha Beta and Gamma Want Her

Bullied Hybrid's Mates: The Alpha Beta and Gamma Want Her

Lorna, our ever-vigilant companion, closed the door behind us, its closing sound reduced to a mere whisper. Descending onto the ground, we felt the coolness of the thick, lush grass beneath our hands and knees as we started our stealthy advance. The tall blades of grass towered above us, swaying in the wind, their rustling creating a symphony of hushed whispers. We navigated our way through this natural obstacle course, inching closer to the forest’s edge. Our senses heightened with anticipation.

Vowed (Book #7 in the Vampire Journals)

Vowed (Book #7 in the Vampire Journals)

As Caitlin walked with her bridesmaids through the moss-covered hills of Skye, the sight took her breath away. The early morning sun broke low and red on the horizon, lighting up the open expanse before them. The landscape was dotted with small lakes, and the grass they walked on was a vibrant green, greener than anything she’d ever seen. It felt to her as if they had come to the very beginning of the earth, a place so pure, it hardly seemed real.

"What, there is not a single tree here, only grass, that too tall. it's a strange place." She was glad to see this, and she moved on quickly. The grass was so high that even his waist could not be seen. a grassy field. "We can be rich. If we take him alive."Two men were walking there. At a distance he was able to see Bella. Bella didn't know someone was following her. On reaching the ground, the men were moving slowly. "This time we will sit and eat for the whole year." "This time a trick will set everything right." I just had to say this much that suddenly there was a gust of strong wind. The trees started shaking, the leaves fell, and the dust got into their eyes. He immediately sighed a

She hadn't felt such freedom before. A blue-ish light stood out at the treeline ahead of her. Lily darted past the trees and slid to a stop in a small meadow. The tall grass swayed in a rhythmic dance from the early Fall breeze. The crescent moon overhead shined brilliantly upon the dew drops scattered across the blades of grass. It created sparkles that shimmered like dazzling lights across the meadow. Like little fireflies.

The Mystery Of Zimicah

It was now just pure waste that polluted its environment. "Just what are we going to tell them if they catch us in act." Alyssa asked feeling a little guilty for what they were doing. Even if she had suggested and made the two agree to all of this, she still cared for their feelings. "Don't worry we just need to ask Ama's help," Resa chirped in as they passed the tall grasses that were just a meter away from the kraals. The grass was tall and it could reach their waist. It was possible that it could be a habitat for some animals. They proceeded off torwards the spot where they had heard the two men had dissapeared on.

Her Ruthless Beast

Her Ruthless Beast

There was standing water everywhere, but there was more water just beyond the wet mud. "Wait a minute, wait a minute." Grasis stopped the bicycle and placed it on the ground. He bent his neck and when he saw it, she was almost running towards the place where there was a pool of water in the row of trees. She was running like crazy "Wait, Ayla, I'm not feeling well here." Grasia folded his arms around his mouth and shouted at her, but her thirst paralyzed her brain's ability to think and understand. Grasis was walking as fast as he could drag his leg. It was a strange place. There was a slope going down. The trees were trees. There were mud and water ponds everywhere. The trees were very high

Chase

Chase

This area was densely forested, with many thorny bushes and large trees. I took a look at the tall grass before leaving the blind spot and crawl through a thorny bush towards the grove of trees in the center. I had previously cloaked my scent to perfectly match this clearing. Even Raphal couldn't detect my odor. I crept through the bush and past the tall grasses. Barely tall enough to conceal me, hoping that no one would be keen enough to spot me.
