I just wished I had known. When had Indigo become so… timid? She had always been confident, feisty and headstrong. Even when Daniel, her best friend, had found his mate Jake, she had given the guy a tough telling off. She said that if he ever hurt Daniel, she’d make him pay. Indigo was never the type to just sit back. I took the seat on the other side of her. "Indy…" She looked at me, her eyes dull and sadness swirling in those navy-blue orbs of hers.

Ian’s POV I had been frustrated since early this morning. Something had happened to my wolf. He was reacting quite differently these days. It began last week when I went to Luke's party. That night, I kissed a girl who I thought was Lara. But I was wrong. It was not her, but someone else. During the whole party, Lara tried to seduce me. She even jumped into the pool in her white bikini. She approached me after exiting the pool and told me that she would be waiting for me near the washroom.

Indigo coughed violently as she moved away from him, bowing her head slightly that he couldn’t see her eyes anymore.

Amber let him. When Indigo went to chair infront of her, she roam her eyes around. She immediately notice the stars shining from above. She tried looking for the entrance but all she can see is a high fence. She a big swimming pool, garden and a park with a some nipa huts. She think that she might get lost if she will try to escape tonight. A plan was then form on the back of her mind. That is to pretend that her submission to Indigo. That way, she could find a way to escape.

My vision blurred as my control snapped. Before I could stop myself, my palm cracked against Indira's face, and her head whipped to the side. “At least,” I snarled, trembling with the urge to shift and tear her into her with my claws. “I never had a man I loved throw me in the dungeon!” The room went deadly still. Indira spat out blood, and the red spittle coated the stone floor. Then her smile returned. “Yes,” she murmured. “He rejected you at the altar instead. Threw you out of the pack like an ugly reject.”

Lucas asked. Indigo gives a short nod and sits down to wait for the guys to shift. As Lucas bends over to remove his jeans, Indigo leans forward snickering. ‘Watch this.’ She says as she glides her tongue across Lucas’ naked ass. When he turned around, Indigo tilted her head and gave him one of those weird canine smiles. Before Reed and Lucas had fully shifted, Indigo took off into the trees. I let her have control. She had waited almost two hundred years to be able to run. I wasn’t going to deny her. I could feel the earth beneath her paws as her long strides ate up the ground, jumping logs, and dodging trees. It felt amazing. It reminded me of tobogganing down a hill, the rush of the wind

Why had she lied about the attack being a rogue? “Aww how sweet, we both know you won’t be helping.” She said making him smirk. “Depends on what you mean by helping, there’s a lot I could help you with.” He replied with a smirk. Scarlett's heart skipped a beat, as Indigo glanced up from her phone. “Well, I’m afraid I'm off, Daniel’s outside and might spend the night.” She said, Jessica nodded. Daniel was Indigo’s best friend and gay. She never minded having him over knowing he had no interest in Indigo in that way.

I pressed my pen to the paper. Tyson getting Skylar back was the whole plan. That was what the heels and the party and the black dress and the kiss and the father dinner and all of it had been for. Weeks of performing and she was cracking and the endgame was him getting what he wanted. So why did the endgame feel like something I didn't want to arrive at. My wolf pressed forward quietly. Not now, I told her. She stayed exactly where she was. I was packing up two hours later, heading toward the path that cut through the south gardens back to the residential block, when I heard footsteps behind me that I recognised before I turned around.

We're at a red light stop now. "Hi there," I hear Indigo say and I turn to look at who she's talking to. I see a convertible filled with teens parked beside us and the boys are staring at my wife lustfully. "I'm Indigo, nice to meet you." She says to them and even though they can't hear a thing she's saying through the locked glass, they smile and nod their heads. I grab Indigo's forearm and make her turn to look at me. "Don't take to strangers." I tell her in agitated tone and she frowns.

"Not always. Let's say that you're just unlucky. So are we good now? Or you wish to continue this zipping and padlock game?" "No, no! We're good." he hastily said. "Good then. By the way, welcome to Psycho squad. If you work hard enough, you can be our main jungler someday and no, unless we don't want you anymore. You aren't allowed to leave." He nodded and she patted his shoulder. "I'll talk to my friends. You'll get to play with us tomorrow in MCL. One of them will go solo." "Okay." he nodded. "Will you please have some spine? You don't know how to complain? You are a fox shifter. Have some spine. Even Elena, a rabbit shifter, has so much spine in arguments. Why are you so timid?"
