Vampire's Pet

Vampire's Pet

The slim hope I had of those files even existing quickly disappeared. What have I done? "You know Khloe," He started, taking a slow step towards me, "I never really understood why vampires should have to drink blood from a glass when we have perfectly capable humans living in our presence." My breath hitched at the air around me started to feel thicker, making it more difficult to breathe. I stepped back as he took another step forward, my heart thundering in my chest. "It's always seemed like a lost cause to me you know? I mean why should we drink garbage when we could feel the rush of something alive every time?"

The Vampire's Intern

The Vampire's Intern

“You think I’m crazy, but that’s the only explanation that makes sense.” I scoffed. “You sound like a conspiracy theorist. Vampires don’t exist, and you’ve got to stop reading all those fantasy books.” Before she could say anything else, I grabbed another slice of toast and breezed out of the apartment. My condolences to the victims, but vampire attacks were just so stupidly unrealistic. Like creatures of the night actually existed. Right, sure. “Mr. Vale’s not in right now.” Celine said at the reception, looking me up and down.

The Last Dragon’s Enslaved Lycan Mate

The Last Dragon’s Enslaved Lycan Mate

"We've been tryi--" "Victoria," the woman interrupted, her voice cutting through the air like a sharp blade. Visenya was taken aback by the sudden interruption, but it gave her an opportunity to truly see the woman before her. Despite her malnourished appearance, Victoria possessed a striking beauty. Her long, straight black hair cascaded down her back, a stark contrast against her pale, porcelain skin. And those eyes, a deep crimson hue, unmistakably marked her as a vampire. The intensity of her gaze revealed a profound hatred, yet it also allowed Visenya to confirm her vampire lineage.

Self-love
I saw people saying this book is similar to "The Alpha King Hated Slave." I initially read it because of that because I love that book. However, as an Author myself, after reading more, I realized they are different in many aspects. I love this books and highly recommend this Book. Well done Author.

ABLAZE ( A SACRED Romance)

ABLAZE ( A SACRED Romance)

Instead, he'd found himself staking out a television network where the vampires looked and acted too much like humans. In fact, the only way Arthur could tell a human from a vampire was to look through the 35-mm camera. Both the living and the undead showed up in a digital camera, but vampires could never appear in a 35-mm for the same reason they never showed up in a mirror. Their image could not be reflected.

Mina said, “You’re a werewolf. Why are you reading that garbage?” “Um, because Twilight launched a whole host of awesomeness,” she said. Rafe chuckled. He was sitting a little too close to Rina than is appropriate. “I find I prefer Anne Rice’s works if I’m in the mood for vampire fiction.” “Who?” Elsie asked. “She wrote Interview With A Vampire,” Rose responded without looking up from her phone. “Ah, the golden age of Brad Pitt,” Rina giggled. Sue also sighed. “Antonio Banderas was yummy in that as well.”

The Triplet Warriors and Their Pup Mate(Shadow Warrior Series)

The Triplet Warriors and Their Pup Mate(Shadow Warrior Series)

I didn’t understand the point in all this extravagance, but I was a much simpler person. If all a vampire has is time, then they have time to gather a bunch of expensive shit. “Thanks for the little tour, I am ready for Ms. Gonzalez if you could please let her know,” I said. She nodded and left me alone. I got out my laptop and video camera, getting all set up. There are so many wives tales surrounding vampires and one of the biggest is that they supposedly cannot be photographed. Not at all true. They are the most vein creatures for the most part, they absolutely love the camera.

Absolutely brilliant! I finished this book in a day and I'm devastated there isn't a sequel! It's like Game of thrones, meets True blood, meets the Witcher, but also at the same time completely in its own field and ridiculously addictive! highly recommend this book!! thank you author ❤️

Definitely my favorite books on here! I love them so much, I read them all again when Ben's book was finished. I do feel like his book was missing some things, though. I just don't feel like they actually figured out how to make things work at the end. It just kind of forced a happy ending.

Epitome of Bloody Love

Epitome of Bloody Love

The male vampire's broad chest quickly got in the way. "Are you deaf? After all, I'm not a creature you can eat easily!" "Who's trying to eat you, Miss Sweetie?" The male vampire's finger lifted Ruby's chin. Ruby's hat-covered gaze was instantly fixed on the vampire's identity. The skin was deathly pale. A temple-to-cheek vein that looked like cracked glass. Blazing red eyeballs. Ruby wondered where she had seen this familiar face. Memory led to the blackboard in the break room.

Rejected Crown: Perpetual Twilight

Rejected Crown: Perpetual Twilight

He doesn’t engage me in any conversation, so I guess he is waiting for the others before the interrogation starts. The door behind me opens, and I can hear the vampires talking amongst themselves as they come into the room. When they are all seated. Their facial features are so similar they must share the same blood, despite them having different coloured hair and eyes. The seven vampires are all stunning. Tall, dark, tattooed and dangerous. If they weren’t bloodsuckers, I would consider hooking up with each of them. The one that was in the room with me at first doesn’t seem as intimidating as the others, if anything he just seems curious about me, and I don’t know why he is looking at me th

said Hugo as he looked at the team. “You’re right,” Damon said. “Guys, the vampire has another victim,” said Raven. Raven showed the video to her friends, and only one woman was the victim. It lives in a condominium and looks like it works for a big company. According to the news, no blood was left on the woman’s body. It was like the eight victims outside and inside the bar. It was as if it had sucked in until it completely drained. It nearly removed its head from its neck.

Diving into 'Interview with the Vampire' presents a fascinating contrast to Anne Rice's original novel. When I first watched the film, I was captivated by the gothic atmosphere and the stellar performances from Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt. Yet, the depth of character development that Rice weaves into the pages is something you can't fully translate to the screen. The novel intricately explores Louis's internal struggles and the emotional whirlwind he experiences after becoming a vampire, often painting his existential dread in such vivid strokes.

In the film, those nuanced moments feel rushed, almost glossed over. For instance, the book goes deep into the psyche of Claudia, a character who feels both like a cursed child and a seductive presence; her relationship with Louis is much richer and layered in the text. It’s heartbreaking—I felt confused yet overwhelmed by sympathy while reading about her tragic existence. The complexity of these characters makes the novel a more profound experience.

However, the film does capture the essence of the melancholic beauty of the story wonderfully through its cinematography, showcasing the lush world that Rice envisioned. The music score is hauntingly perfect, too. In the end, both mediums have their merits, but if I had to choose, the book's emotional depth leaves a more lasting impact on me.
