Bloodied Ashes

Bloodied Ashes

Every part of me recoils. Kael doesn’t give me a choice. He hauls the tether short again, and I’m yanked forward with a sob I bite down before it escapes. He guides me toward the threshold like a hound bringing in a wounded kill. My feet drag. One catches on something buried beneath the ice. A bone. Small. Human. Inside the ruin, the cold changes. It stops being weather. It becomes memory. Kael doesn’t hesitate. He drags me past the shattered hearth, then lets the tether go slack just long enough to shove me down into a crouch behind it.

The Forgotten Heiress: Rise of The Lycan Queen

The Forgotten Heiress: Rise of The Lycan Queen

Some men leave the world to forget. Kael left it to protect what the world must never remember too soon. And now, as the wolves whisper again beneath a cold and ancient moon, he wonders if it was ever his choice at all. The mountains were colder here. Not merely in the way winter laid itself upon stone, but in memory—the cold that sharpens the mind, that cuts to the quick of bone and soul. This was the Deepwilds, a place where even time learned to walk softly. Every footfall of wind sounded like an old story closing, or a prophecy trying to speak through lips frozen by regret.

The Heiress' Return: Six Brothers at Her Beck and Call

The Heiress' Return: Six Brothers at Her Beck and Call

"Let's go. I want to see what kind of thing has been hiding here all these years." Together, Aria, Landon, and Sam stepped into the Soul-Lock Grove. The layer of dead leaves beneath their feet was unnaturally thick. Each step sank softly, yet carried a bone-deep chill, like walking on ice. The moment they entered, a surge of cold washed over them—ten times harsher than at the outskirts. It wasn't a natural chill, but something far more insidious. It seeped straight into the soul and froze the veins from within.

I wouldn’t bother reading. The author has dragged this out and made the storyline almost unrecognizable from what it was portrayed. Instead of focusing on the lost child and the reunion with the family they have introduced stupid plots to drag the story on- and on- and on- and on!

the storyline is amazing. Love the FL. She is strong, fierce, righteous and so unaware. Landon is amazing, so supportive and heart warming tho feel sad for him he is unappreciated. I wish Fiona the best and hope she gets true love Owen never deserved her. Love grandpa Warren and Barron. It's amazing

Claimed by My Bully Alpha

“Thank you, Aurora. I know this isn’t the future you may have wanted, and I know you’re still uncertain about how things would pan out, but just know this, the Moon Goddess doesn’t make mistakes, and if she has chosen you for Caleb, she had done so for a reason. And no matter what, you’ll always have me by your side.” Nodding, I gave her a small smile, even though my heart was about to burst out of my chest. Taking in a deep breath, I pushed the door open…and stepped right into Antarctica. Fuck! This place was freezing! I rubbed my hands together to warm them up as a shiver ran down my spine, and my breath actually fogged in front of my face as I breathed out. My teeth were starting to chatt

My Stepbrother, My Alpha, My Man

My Stepbrother, My Alpha, My Man

SELENA Cold. It wasn't the kind of cold you felt from winter air or an ice cube against your skin. It was the kind that seeps into your bones the kind that makes your soul shiver. I tried to move, to open my eyes, but it felt like I was floating in a void, swallowed by a darkness so thick it weighed down my thoughts. Open your eyes, Selena. Please… open your eyes. I said it over and over in my mind like a prayer, but nothing changed. My limbs were heavy, my voice lost somewhere inside me. And then I heard it footsteps. Soft. Measured. Getting closer. But I had no idea where I was.

Frozen Fangs: Rivals on Ice

Frozen Fangs: Rivals on Ice

“It’s feeding.” The Entrance They didn’t have to search. The path revealed itself. Ice shifted. Cracked. Opened. A descending corridor formed beneath their feet. An invitation. Or a trap. “Subtle,” Brody said. Jake stepped forward first. “Stay tight. No one splits.” Finn didn’t let go of his hand. The Descent The deeper they went the colder it became. But not physically. The cold pressed against their thoughts. Memories flickered distorted. Voices whispered just beyond understanding.

A Journey To Forever

"No need. I want you to be safe every day besides I don't know yet what is the purpose of that person for doing that to the factory, all I can ask for you to do is to be safe, okay?" She grins and said, "okay." --- The next morning, Mia woke up early and cook breakfast for them. She went to Xavier's room and knock but he didn't answer so she opens the door and came in; she tried to wake him up then she taps his shoulder. A Cold New Year

A Cold New Year

I stuffed the last piece of clothing into the suitcase and snapped it shut, then I looked around the apartment. Having lived here for five years, my presence was everywhere, from the paintings on the walls to the throw pillows on the couch and the plants on the balcony. Now, those very details felt like a cruel joke. I wheeled my suitcase toward the living room and paused to look at the calendar. New Year’s Day was tomorrow. A fresh start and a brand-new year. Without hesitation, I reached for my phone and reserved a seat on the first high-speed train heading to Cedar Hollow, my hometown.

The Cold Floor

The Cold Floor

Then blackness. Shit. I finally come to the realization that I was taken. I test my body for injury, but find only old scars and working limbs. I feel no pain, but I cannot escape the icy bite of the marble. I look around for my bag and I find it thrown in a corner of the tomb I have found myself in. I remove the clothes and dress myself in layers. I warm myself enough to stop shaking and I find myself fatigued from my shivers.

My Cold Husband

My Cold Husband

She had wanted to escape, to leave the weight of her grief behind, but no matter how far she walked, it was always there-clinging to her like a shadow. In the distance, a faint sound of cars broke through her haze, but Lily didn’t move. She couldn’t. She stayed there, frozen in her grief, trapped in the endless loop of 'what ifs' and 'if onlys.' The distant hum of an approaching car filled Lily’s ears, its headlights cutting through the fog of her scattered thoughts. The bright beams washed over her frail figure. She stood there, like a statue, her feet anchored to the cold pavement as the car came closer.
