He only wore a thin suit in such bone-chilling cold weather. "Diana, Don't hate me anymore." He said in a trembling voice. He was so cold that he couldn't say a complete sentence. I also began to feel the cold through my clothes, seeping into my skin. "Come inside with me first," I said, grabbed his cold hand, and pulled him inside. But he held me tight; he said in a hoarse and weak voice: "Diana, what should I do to make you love me?"

It was farther away than it seemed at first, but after about ten minutes of lumbering through the woods, Alex finally came to the source. It was indeed a small creek and it was running further down the mountainside. Alex knelt by the edge of it and dipped his hand into the water. To his surprise, the water was freezing cold. Alex shuddered as it almost chilled him to the bone. However, looking past this, Alex was more than thankful to find it. He cupped his hands, lifted a small amount of water from the creek, and drank what he could before the rest of it fell through his fingers.

I grabbed a phone off of one of the many fallen and placed a call to the feds. Get yourself out of this.

Then blackness. Shit. I finally come to the realization that I was taken. I test my body for injury, but find only old scars and working limbs. I feel no pain, but I cannot escape the icy bite of the marble. I look around for my bag and I find it thrown in a corner of the tomb I have found myself in. I remove the clothes and dress myself in layers. I warm myself enough to stop shaking and I find myself fatigued from my shivers.

“Purewater! Come now, don’t you want to sell me purewater, I want everything.” He said to her and she frowned before she walked slowly to his store, business was slow that day and she had not even sold much since morning and the cold sachet water was no longer cold. “It is not cold ooo.” She said to him.

It was getting dark and it was so cold. The wind whipped through my hair and penetrated through my skin, chilling my blood and all I could do was wrap my arms around my body, shivering as I approached the loud whirring noise coming from the ship’s engine room. The heat hit me first. Not as harsh as I imagined but warm enough to make me sweat.

The house stood silent, bathed in the pale light of the late afternoon sun. Lily stood at the doorstep, clutching the cold metal keys Zared's parents had given her. Her fingers trembled slightly as she pushed the key into the lock, the faint *click* echoing louder than it used to.

Kiara's pov Something cold. It's really chilly all around me. Oohhhhh~ I shivered due to the cold air which was brushing my body giving me chills down my spine. It was like my body is dangling on something. My hands were surprisingly warm and my vision is all blurry. "Jsbk! Vac up! (Jack! Wake up! )" I heard a familiar voice calling and nudging me to wake up. Slowly the blurry vision got faded and I blinked my eyes to make it clear.

Alex didn't answer, didn't even look at him. Seemingly aware of the outcome, Uri didn't show any disappointment or sadness either. Silent for a moment, he spoke again, as if talking could help him ease the cold that was seeping deeper and deeper into his body. "Huh... it's very cold!" "Why is it so colder all the time?" "Are we going deeper and deeper inside so it's cold?" "....." "Hey, do you think we're going into the ice cave?"

I know I’ll feel better once that water hits my skin. Carefully, we undressed and piled our dirty clothes in a heap. I grabbed a piece of soap and stepped into the cold water trying not to squawk from the frigid temperature. “It’s really cold Conor.” I warned, watching him step into the water up to his mid-thigh and then plunge below the surface. He resurfaced a few seconds later with an awkward grunting noise.
