As a child, I remember the excitement each year as twenty people gathered for Iridian. Parades would be thrown, people dressed in costumes depicting magical creatures that had once roamed our earth. Countless celebrations would be held as families gathered together and hoped for an invitation of their own. I had loved watching the parades on our old television, had loved the glittering costumes of the dancers that pranced down the streets. The celebrations continued until a victor emerged, gloating of the adventure and wonder that is Iridian.

They were the cool ones that didn't give half a fuck. While others held unto the friends they hadn't seen in months, the rest stood aside with headphones and feet against the washed walls and their eyes fixated on the screens of their phones and tabs. "Remember, you have the chance to reinvent yourself now, not that I'm not happy with who you are now" Regina grasped his hands into hers as she smiled. "People like me don't just get to reinvent-" "People will see what they want to see. You'll find your people" This mother whispered to her son and he stepped out of the car, holding that thought to him.

“This is a dangerous forest. But Centrans in the past used this route before they build the other route.” A good thing befriending a windlet is that you can trust the windlet to know many things you don’t, and Jai trusted his friend on these things he just explained. Though he didn’t know anything about those names, he wasn’t too prideful to ask. “Alright… First question. What is Centrans?” Jai asked. “Centran is a word for Central Region people. Like Aeronvein citizens are sometimes called Wind people, and the Earth, Earth people… Etcetera,” Darrion answered.

"Wait, did Cheel came to your hut again?" Ritian blinked. He was relieved that the taunt didn't come. Ritian can't stand Wenren's daddy jokes. He couldn't stop cringing everytime he does that proud father laugh afterwards. By some luck, or his pure charm, the people seems to like Wenren's warm attitude. Ritian thought the people were forced to smile because it wasn't even that funny!
