Chapter Three The massive iron gates of the Iron Reapers compound rolled open slowly. They made a loud, heavy, metallic groan that echoed in the quiet night air. The moment we drove through them, my stomach dropped completely. It felt like my insides were falling. Bright, harsh floodlights lit up the entire area. The massive parking lot looked almost like a secure prison yard. There were long, neat rows of shiny chrome motorcycles gleaming perfectly under the bright lights. I could see a few smaller wooden buildings scattered around the property, and right in the middle stood one huge, two-story house. It was the main clubhouse. Even so, it seemed familiar… somehow. I was standing in front of the main gate to the whimsical property, which was solid silver. I could see a large infinity symbol standing diagonally, covered in vines and filigree running down the middle of the gate. I could see the separation in the symbol where the gate would open, splitting it into 2 pieces, one on each side as you walked through.

The living room was a giant room, with a beautiful dark gray brick fireplace, with sliver metal doors. I walked around the corner to the kitchen. I got excited, because it was also a giant room. There was a 6 burner stove-top, an oven and microwave combo built into the kitchen wall, a stainless steel double sink, and black and white tile floor. There was a sliding glass door that led out into an incredible sight. We had an in-ground pool, that went as deep as 8 feet! There was a beautiful deck built around it. At the very back of the yard, there was a little house. I went out the sliding glass doors, and walked around the deck to investigate. I smiled as I saw my reflection in the pool water

‘I’m fine. I suppressed the urge to roll my eyes. When Lochlan got drunk, he didn’t get rowdy or sentimental. He apparently regressed to a wilful, cryptic child. The whole area was barricaded with a fancy-designed 3meter high iron fence. As the gatekeepers saw us, they opened the iron gates and let us inside. The inside was definitely high class, the road was paved with stoned blocks, and a beautiful green garden was on each side of the road. The mansion itself was amazing, it looks like a High end old English-era-style mansion, it was 3 floors high made with 300 meters long, it was Extravagant, definitely showing one of high status.

I gave a general idea, and a design company did the rest." Irene did appreciate Isaac's tastes, and thought then that it would not be that bad—she actually became expectant too. When they arrived Irene alighted, and the first thing she saw was the garden that spanned over 20,000 square feet. There was even a mini golf course, and it would take a while to cover the entire area.

Two wings stretched out from the central portion, creating a balanced, almost symmetrical design that felt deliberate and powerful. At the front, a large wrought-iron gate stood closed, its intricate patterns both beautiful and unyielding. Beyond it, a neat driveway led through a lush garden dotted with palm trees and bursts of red flowers climbing over the walls. The whole scene felt like something out of a dream—or a world most people could only imagine stepping into. It wasn’t just a house; it was a statement, a place that made you stop and wonder about the people who lived there and the lives they led.

There was a balcony which heightened enjoyment of the outdoors. The house had large, open-framed windows, while glass railings allowed a comfy seat in an outdoor pod. They left the gate open, so we went right in. The yard was well taken care of. I liked it. When we got to the door, I rang the doorbell. Moments later, someone opened the door.
