"No. Austin always said shifting wasn't important, and he pretended that after we lost my mom, his horse was too depressed to shift. Now, I know that's all a lie, so who knows what they are." He replies.
"Go ahead. Let me see one of you shift. Are you shifters, or are you human? Maybe you're a spider, and I can squash you with my foot. No, I know what you are. You're cockroaches. Let's test the theory that cockroaches don't die, shall we?" I raise my hands, making my flames bigger while Julie and Austin cower in the corner.
