The skies over Ember Hollow turned a strange shade of violet—the kind of color that warned of coming judgment. The clouds churned like boiling smoke, and beneath them, the world held its breath. Isabella stood atop the steps of the fractured altar grounds. She had not moved in hours. The wind lifted the hem of her cloak, tangled strands of silver-threaded hair across her face, but she remained still. Her hands, once burning with divine fire, now trembled—bloodied but resolute.

The dark blue sky was illuminated by millions of bright spots, something she had never seen in the city, the young woman watched the spectacle, surprised, smiling with excitement, while Máximo saw her. He liked those expressions, Isabella's surprise, or that small smile she gave when she saw something she liked, that young woman seemed to be full of innocence with every gesture she made.

Her eyes lifted toward the sky again. Following the ripple as it spread further outward. “I didn’t mean to,” she said quietly.

He tried to get on to his feet, wincing in pain as he did so. Isabelle did not appear to be fazed by this new turn of events. Her face twisted into a sneer. “So, Oswald, do you want to show me what you’re made of?” David stepped inside. “What have you done to her?” “Isabelle has become a member of the Brethren!” Belinda was aware of movement behind her and she twisted round to see the bar emptying through the back door with the entrance of David Oswald. Isabelle seemed to notice this too and she laughed. “They might be scared of you, Oswald, but I’m not!”

I saw Isabella sitting in front of the game stand with the control pad ,she didn't strike me as one who is into games , but then why would she be laughing playing a duo game alone. She was so engrossed that she did not notice me walk in , I was standing few steps away from , I should have left but then I was curious, suprisingly she made it to the second level . Raising her eyes as though she just detected my presence , she suprisingly asked me to join her "Do you want to join" "No , I was actually going upstairs" I said turning to leave "C'mon , it's just a game , stop acting like I just asked you to kiss me" she replied laughing

Bronya glared at her angrily opening her mouth to talk. "She's right Isabelle,get straight to the point am tired" Xander shouted,Bronya smirked and Isabelle bit her lip in anger. "I .....I want to resign" Isabelle said,and Bronya suddenly gave her a smug smile,how Isabelle wishes to scratch off her face, Isabelle admitted she was beautiful,a Twenty five year old beautiful goddess,with olive eyes and sexy body but the woman is just to proud and arrogant for her liking. Xander jerked up from his seat,staring at her intensely,she immediately avoided his gaze and shifted it on Bronya.
