Isla Book Novels & Stories

Sucking in a deep breath, I decide to trust him and turn my head to the window. Oh. wow. Through the glass, I see an island that looks like it was ripped straight from a postcard. All the white sand beaches, crystal blue water and lush green hills dotted with colorful buildings. "Welcome to Isla del Sol, home to the islander wolves of the Yellow Stone Pack " Liam says beside me and the smile on my face can't be wiped off. ```` The moment we step off the plane, heat and humidity wrap around me like a blanket, making me regret the jeans I wore for travel.

I was the only place in the entire estate where no one looked at me and saw a mistake. That morning I carried my treasures there: the porcelain doll’s hand, the black scale (now wrapped in silk and hidden inside a tin box), and a book I had stolen from the library (The Chronicles of Eldoria, Volume III, the one with the torn page that showed a serpent prince with eyes of living fire). I was tracing the outline of his face with a finger when I heard humming. Soft. Sweet. Like warm honey dripping off a spoon. Isla toddled around the corner, dragging a stuffed rabbit twice her size. She wore a white dress embroidered with tiny roses, grass stains already on the hem. Her curls were tied with blu

Alizeh: 'I know, but I can't control my laugh! Varun: "I can say this also with that other meaning, but I am not like that na!" Alizeh: "I know that you are not like that, I know it really well knows! by the way when is my book coming!" Varun: "Maybe 23!" Alizeh: "Yayy, I will keep it with me always!" Varun: "You can also keep me with you always!" Alizeh: "I know, you can also keep me!"

Her eyes lingered for a few seconds there and they raised with Noah's answer, "You like it? Ah! I think it's ugly. My mother forced me to wear this, as our whole family wears, such an unreasonable excuse." "No, it looks good on your finger. By the way, when will you give me my book? The Notebook," Isabella asked while her lips cracked into a sheepish smile, clearly showing her embarrassment. She asked for a book back like a child who asked for their comics back if their friend took them. Noah took two steps forward toward Isabella, and the distance between them narrowed. Their postures are so cozy, if anyone sees them, they would think they are a couple and will do something at this moment.

ISABELLE’S POV I flip the page of the book with the help of my left hand. The name of the book which I am currently reading is “The tales of Ash Ville”. It is a nice book and it includes the horror stories of the town. It is a fictional book but I like it and has captured my attention. I found this in the library a few weeks back and I thought to read it. Today I saw it in the books which I had not read so I decided to read this one.

What the fuck? “Who is this Isla?” I ask, shooting my gaze back at Reid. “I asked around the pack. She’s a maid who used to work with Elara. Her only friend. She also babysits the kids occasionally,” he explains. “Bring her to me,” I order through gritted teeth. Since she is her only known friend, she will know something. Reid wipes his hand across his face and exhales sharply. “Alpha, don’t you think you’re going overboard? This is—”

Isla woke before dawn again. The hall was quiet. Only the faint sound of wind moving through the trees reached her ears. She rubbed her eyes and stretched. Her muscles ached from yesterday, from the endless chores and Damon’s harsh orders. She dressed quickly and moved toward the elder’s room. She wanted to see if there were any books or journals left behind from her parents. Maybe something would explain her strange feelings, the bond, the strength that pulsed inside her even though she was wolfless.

Knowing when and where to use my energy, so none is wasted—and I don’t give in to the impulses that leave me with nothing—is a centuries-long achievement. Took me longer than I care to admit to figure out where I landed. The Isle is nothing like the prison it's advertised as. Like walking through the pages of an anime, really. Old world. Pure world. Barely touched by man—and still sprinkled with the little conveniences that make it worth dealing with. Hell, half the humans I ever dealt with in the Bayou would stamp their ticket just for the fact that mosquitoes don’t exist and AC isn’t needed on half the Australian-sized continent.

For anyone who's made it to the end of this book, I want to say thank you so much for reading! This has been the most emotional and my second-longest book ever. Words can't describe how much I love this book and my writing. I always had a vision that there would be more people who'd get to share these feelings, especially the ones from Isla's perspective, but I'm sure it's not over yet. Hopefully, in the future, more people get to discover this book and connect with it. Hopefully, this book heals you in every way it can.

Chapter 83: What Is Her Name? ISLA, an orphan who recently just joined Laluna Imperium and is currently in the nurturing group, was suddenly and secretly taken away by the leader's second in command's person. What is this? Why am I being summoned by a platoon leader? Did I do something wrong? Isla was an orphan at such a young age. While the kids by her age before were playing and enjoying their comfortable lives, she was already busy thinking of what she should do next to eat after days of not having anything to fill her empty stomach.
