Vampire of the New World

Vampire of the New World

“They were fishermen who had to come to Orsica because they were not catching any fish in their usual fishing areas. A sudden storm forced them to stay on the island and that was when they started seeing the strange things. According to my friend, the fishermen got hunted by the ember ghost and those who disappeared were never heard from again." Jon felt the hair at the back of his neck rise as he listened to the story. It sounded like something that is told over the campfire - untrue, yet still told just to scare people. Still, after what he thought he had seen and felt since he came to the island, he found himself a bit more susceptible to stories such as what the maid was telling. "That's

Captain Cook
Excellent book! Plenty of suspense with vivid descriptions of locations and characters! I've reached Chapter 169 and didn't see any issues. I hope the author updates soon with new chapters! Great work!

This is an extremely well-written book. Of all the books I’ve read on the platform, this author’s command of the English language is the best. The story is great and reminds me a lot of Bram Stoker’s Dracula.

Demon Law : Lost Isle Book 1

Demon Law : Lost Isle Book 1

Knowing when and where to use my energy, so none is wasted—and I don’t give in to the impulses that leave me with nothing—is a centuries-long achievement. Took me longer than I care to admit to figure out where I landed. The Isle is nothing like the prison it's advertised as. Like walking through the pages of an anime, really. Old world. Pure world. Barely touched by man—and still sprinkled with the little conveniences that make it worth dealing with. Hell, half the humans I ever dealt with in the Bayou would stamp their ticket just for the fact that mosquitoes don’t exist and AC isn’t needed on half the Australian-sized continent.

He wouldn’t care who he will step on as long as those people doesn’t get their hands on the island. “The island is a mystic one which means that it has a habit of disappearing on certain periods. I never believed in that kind of stuff until I heard its story entirely. It means that one day it was there and the next day it wasn’t. But there is a solution for this. I'm getting better at reading unedited books. Once you get past the personal pronoun misuse, likely from a difficulty in language translation, it's a very enjoyable read. I just caught up with the author at chapter 217,and I am looking forward to what Caos will unfold next for this this couple.

I love this book so much and I can relate to it 100% and it made me realize that I can also move on no matter how hard it may be but that I can do it. I also had someone who treated me this way and we have a daughter together so Ik how she feels

Chased By The Alpha Who Loathed Me

Chased By The Alpha Who Loathed Me

Ophelia raised her chin thoughtfully in the air, failing to meet Finlay's gaze. "Let's just say a group of sick-minded men and women were sailing North from the South. They stopped at L-Island, got attracted by its beauty, and camped there for a few days and on their return, they found their ships gone. And then they built themselves a shelter on the island, and began eating werewolves like ourselves because the animals in L-Island aren't ordinary but come from different kingdoms." Finlay concluded with a raised brow and Ophelia snapped her head to meet his gaze.

The ALPHA & His Destined Mate

The ALPHA & His Destined Mate

"I was on an island, totally alone. It was essentially only a fix of sand, encompassed by miles and miles of sea. A wonderful holy messenger plummeted out of the mists, traveling in my direction. Alongside her, a bunch of steps showed up, unadulterated white and driving very high. Be that as it may, when she broadened her long, pale white hand, I was unable to take it. I came to as hard as possible, however just before I might get inside a foot of those steps and the lady, would move farther away. Right underneath me, notwithstanding, it was an alternate story. The sand thundered and turned as hot as coals. The fire was quickly moving underneath my feet. I yelled in torment, going around the

"Merely questioning your lack of taste. Besides, I don't want you wasting our time chasing some dimwit when we should be working." "I never chase. It's beneath me." Willow rolled her eyes again. "If we're done with the pointless information," she held the magazine up in her hand, "I found something absurd." Wes folded his arms and waited for her to continue. "There's an article that states the experience of a couple who stumbled upon an island. They said weird things started happening, like they started seeing skeletons everywhere, had hallucinations, and were hearing things. They saw their deepest innermost desires. The wife had a lover in her teens who died in the war.

“Love, are we going to that island? I continue to ask Isaac and this time he answered me detailed. “You see that? We will gonna stay on that island for two days. Are you excited? “Really? Wow, Love is this private or some residents are there? “This is private, I and William are the owner of this island. Only the caretaker is here. We used to hang out here when we want to get away from the busy city of New York. This place is our haven and you're the first woman I bring here”. Isaac explained to me softly. I listened to him intently and I couldn't believe how can they own an island. I still couldn't get used to how rich Isaac is, he is so humble that sometimes you will not believe how rich he

The Day She Stopped Waiting

The Day She Stopped Waiting

Then Thomas stopped reading. His eyes locked onto a sketch. A drawing. A rough drawing. Then he slowly showed everyone. The island looked strange. Very strange. Tall cliffs. Sharp rocks. Black beaches. And at the center— a massive stone tower. The kind of tower that shouldn't exist on a deserted island. Then Ava whispered: "What is that?" Nobody knew. Then Thomas continued reading. "The island appears when the sea rises." God. The sea rises. Fair. The storm. Reasonable honestly.

10 chapters in and I hope it’s second chance book. I love a good “leaving my shitty husband for a better man” plot but sometimes I love a good “I need to get my wife back” plot as well. Sometimes I want to read about how a relationship was pulled back from the brink and I feel this is goi to be it.

Pyromania

Pyromania

The water was also so crystal clear, some days it appeared as if it had vanished. Ignis and the Lady of Sickle lived in the middle of the island, below the foot of Sickle Mountain. Her home was beautiful and well-maintained by the Lady before he arrived. When he came to the place, he also helped the Lady do her chores and aided her in her research work about something Ignis never bothered asking. He was content to live on that island. It was his home. So hearing someone describe it as wretched — he, at the very least, needed to know why. It might be the answer he was looking for all this time ever since that terrible thing that they did to the Lady.
