The numbers… I mean which five-year-old wears a shirt with three-digit numbers. Then it clicked. Exactly no child. Never mind how intelligent he was. Such shirts can be hardly available in stores. And even if someone customized this for a child, why would anyone anyway? There are bubbles of many different colors I mean all over it. Yellow, blue, purple, orange, red green. Each one of them has a three-digit number inside it. Three bubbles caught my eye. Red, blue, green. they have the same number in them. Only these three bubbles have the number that matches…………... She smirks, and looks up at him. “It was good… Different and a little weird for me. But that final setting was crazy.” He chuckles, “There are more than three settings, Honey.” She pales, and looks at the thing charging beside them. “It’s got like ten modes, some of which are pulsing vibrations rather than constant.” She stares at the far wall. As I signed the divorce papers for the third time, I moved through the familiar steps with practiced ease. I could have done it in my sleep, having been through the drill three times already. He stands, holding a rattle shaped like a tiny lion. “We’re taking this one,” he says, tossing it into the cart. “It suits you.” I gape. “Why would that…” “Because you roar,” he shrugs, pushing the cart along, clearly enjoying my embarrassment. I sneer and smack his arm lightly. “You’re impossible.” “And you’re dramatic,” he replies. “Good combo.” We reach the bigger items, cribs, strollers, car seats.
