It's So Lonely In My Mansion Novels & Stories

Many days had passed since she lived in this mansion. Even though it looks big and beautiful, it is lonely.  At first, she was shocked because there was no voice from any user. But later found out that he had hired the only butler who oversaw taking care of this place.  As for the cleanliness and decoration of the garden, it will hire a company to follow the time provided.

[ Denise's POV ] I looked at Mavis, and I could see he wasn't joking when he said I should run-around the house, since I am bored. He's indeed so wicked by saying that to me. I mean how can I stay in this big mansion alone when it is my first time here. I know we hate each other so much, but isn't he supposed to at least stay here with me since we just got married. His mansion is so big, and it was like he built it in a graveyard, because I can't even hear a single noise from outside, nor can I hear the passing by of motorcycles or cars.

" I took a moment to absorb the load of information he’d just given me. He waited expectantly. I perked up and nodded in understanding. He smiled and nodded in return before walking off somewhere into the mansion. I was completely alone. It felt somewhat intimidating being in that big house by myself. I wondered if I’d ever get used to it. He told me to explore. So, I did. I must have seen dozens of rooms: bedrooms, ballrooms, libraries, galleries, and this was still only half the mansion. All to take care of some lonely, sick old man? I wondered about this "Mr. Weston." How bad was his condition? Why did he live alone? More than that, why was it nearly impossible to find a caretaker for him

I would have loved to tell her about my kiss and everything that has happened afterwards and how I feel about the whole situation. But I knew my mum and I knew how she would react to such things so I kept it to myself. I had no one to talk to and I felt so bad about it. I could not sleep. I was not happy and they were also not yet back and I was not taking it lightly where could they have possibly gone to.

I am glad that they are slowly coming out if their shell. Mama and Papá were happy when I went home for Papá's birthday,I just hope that this time they are happy for good. Because I promise to make them happy, I promise Xander that our parents won't be miserable because of his death. It's been four years and I'm not giving up on my promise. The big mansion looked more vast and empty, it looked uninviting and lifeless since all humanly chatters and laughter were missing and inaudible. All of the people have already reached the venue and now it was just we four souls left in this desolate vast mansion. It was just we four; Mini, the lady , Taylor and I. I walked past the boundaries of the entrance with hopes and apprehensions of arriving back together hand in hand with him, being more stronger, powerful and blessed. The room was grand, ordinarily, she would never dream about entering such a luxurious hotel, the room was fit for a king, it was a fully furnished smart house, and she could tell that only the price of the dressing mirror can pay her rent for two years or more. Simple, but we were never lonely because there were so many of us. Homesickness wrapped around me like a heavy blanket. If it weren’t necessary, I’d choose our cramped-but-happy house over this mansion in a heartbeat. I let out a long sigh and headed back to my room before I started crying like a drama queen.
