Jade kicked the gun out of his hand and before he could fathom what was happening, she kicked the confused look out of his face with an uppercut. A move Raquel taught her and she enjoyed learning, her favorite move. The thug held his jaw in pain and tried to gain his balance but Jade attacked him one more time and used all her strength to strangled him in a struggle, making sure he didn't make any noise. It took her time but he slowly passed out. Jade picked his gun and crept out again. She located the same room she was tied up in earlier and there sat her husband. She quickly removed the cloth from his mouth. He was unconscious.

She's helplessly and insanely in love with a man who knows nothing but to offer her sweets but soon takes it back. "Why do you keep on hurting me? Is it not enough that you have betrayed me once?" She said gloomily. There were no more tears but her voice quiver. "She was in distress over our son's poor health," Tyler explained to clarify things; however it just made it worse. Jade looked at him, incredulity written all over her face. She smiled sardonically. "Okay, I'm a broad minded wife. I will let my husband hug the mother of his son."

I narrowed my eyes at Jade, my fists balled beside me and my jaw clenched. "Jade! How desperate can you be?!" I growled. I gritted my teeth, great anger erupted from the deepest part of my stomach.

The words seem to always be against her no matter what she does. As the door of the house slammed shut, Jade smirked. “Why would you do that?” Raven’s mother turned on her husband. “Why would you slap her?” she asked angrily, not satisfied with what her husband did. “She needed to be taught a lesson,” he replied. “A lesson?” the mother cried. “By breaking her spirit?” she asked, concerned. Jade slipped away silently. “I will leave them to their drama,” she muttered to herself, smiling. She took the stairs as she went directly to her, all happy for what just happened.

I shrank under his gaze. “You know you have always wanted it,” Jade continued messing with my head by saying things to put images of us together. I did want it, more than anything but now they all just made it seem too uncomfortable. I mean it was bound to happen but I never believed it would have to be under this circumstance. “It’s almost nightfall, my husband will not be happy if I don’t make it home tonight,” Dorcas pouted. “I will tell someone to drive you home, thank you so much Dorcas,” Jade thanked her, by shaking her hand.

Jade said, and the sheer audacity of the lie made me flinch. "I saw you." My voice gained strength from somewhere, anger beginning to burn through the shock. "I saw everything." Caleb moved toward me, and I stumbled back, my heel catching on my dress. His jaw tightened. "You're being dramatic." "Dramatic?" The word came out as a shriek. "I just found my husband kissing my sister on our wedding night, and I'm being dramatic?" "See?" Jade turned to Caleb, her lower lip trembling with practiced perfection. "This is exactly what I told you about. She's obsessed with you, Caleb. She sees threats everywhere, i came here to talk business, and she's twisting it into something sick."

Jade echoed but it was already too late, they were dragged out by the guards outside the mansion gates. "I want my daughter, Alice I wonder where Alice ran off to. Alice. I... Want... My... Alice... Myla let out a long, shaky breath and turned off the television. Even after everything, her husband still knew how to stand in front of wolves and make them heel. A low groan from the bed caught her attention. She turned to see Jared’s eyes fluttering open; his brow was furrowed in pain, but his gaze was alert. He immediately tried to push himself up with his good arm but hissed sharply as pain shot through him.

My hands trembled holding her body. Jade’s eyes began rolling into her head and I stopped breathing. “Jade don’t” I tapped a little too hard on her cheeks. I wasn’t going to loose her. Not now, not ever. Moon goddess can’t give me a mate just to snatch her from me this soon. I refuse. “Grey,” I heard her say before her eyes shut. Tearing my shirt, I tied it around the harsh gash on her stomach. Carrying her limp body, I stood up just before Noir appeared.
