Jake agreed and finally took his eyes off Carla towards the window, to the view. But not for long. In a moment, his eyes returned to the mirror. “Have you been to Greece before, Jake?” she finally asked, managing not to make her voice sound accusatory. Jake seemed to jump, and it was his eyes that turned accusingly at her when he replied. “Yes, a few years back, but not here. I was on an island called… Mykonos.” “You’ve been to Mykonos?” Thera asked, surprised. “Uh… yes. So short a trip that I barely… remember it.” He managed to make that sound like it was her fault.

' He asks 'at the pack house papa we are staying here for a few days okay' I tell him he nods. We walked to our Alpha and Luna's office, I placed Jake on the couch with his Ipad and his blanket and put his headphones on so he could watch his shows while we talked to them. 'I'll be right here if you need me okay I say, he nodded watching his Ipad. I walked back towards everyone. 'okay dad whenever you're ready lets start' JC says. He nodded.

“You know I’m always in” Jake walked to the table and picked up his bone with his left hand, the cup of beer was in the right hand. “Its boss” he whispered to Brandon before answering the call. “Hello boss” “Hey man, what’s up with you?” Isabella greeted in a friendly manner. “Nothing much boss, what about you?” Cole replied “Same here, I’m just trying to get used to the country” ‘Oh, America is cool; you’d sure find it lovely”

The party at Delta house is jumping! Tamara texted back: *Shooting the moon for Porter's class. Will be there.* Three dots popped up instantly. *Nerd. Jake's been asking about you ;)* Tamara rolled her eyes but smiled. Jake, from bio class, had been all over her for weeks. A nice guy from Albany, plays lacrosse, always opens doors. Total catch for a nineteen-year-old. So why did she have these dreams about these golden eyes looked nothing like his? She shook it off and lifted the camera. Five moon shots were due Monday, and she had zero. It was Friday night, and while everyone was partying, she was alone with her camera in the empty campus quad.

I expect Jesse to apologize, instead he picks up my hand with a huge, dopey grin on his face, “Call me again. Call me by my name again.” Kelly mutters something about walking. With a scoff, I drop his hand. “Dream on.” He sighs wistfully, “Once a day is a good step forward.” Turning around, I check on Kelly, and he only sighs and asks that we get there in one piece. That’s what I want as well, to get there in one piece. “What exactly is this trap Jake is stuck in?” “Have you seen the Home Alone movies?” I gawk at him, and he lets out an awkward chuckle.

Mikhail knew what everyone meant to me and didn't want me to be separated from them. Jake accepted the offer and bought the land from Mikhail. Now, Mikhail and his pack members are helping to build houses for them. Because of this, I found out that one of Mikhail's and his pack's major sources of income is construction. Jake comes from money, and even though his pack has been killed, when he reached age, he got access to his inheritance. Now, he invests money in different ventures to take care of everyone's basic necessities. But this doesn't mean others don't work; they utilize their skills to earn for themselves and their families.

Jake There is a rogue in our territory. And It’s fast. The ancient mountains that tower over the land are also the boundaries of our territory. The wide and deep lakes has the same function. The land itself seem to recognize this division, as if it had been so for a very long time, perhaps since the beginning of time. This was our territory, and it was ours alone. We protected it fiercely, patrolling the perimeter daily and patrolling the interior every few days.

I was still in deep thoughts when I heard a male voice. "Hello , I am Jake" he said stretching forth his hand for a handshake. I realised he is the stranger I was admiring earlier. I noticed he was even more handsome than what I saw earlier, he was about 6 feet tall, well built and his six packs stuck out from his shirt. I also discovered he had the most beautiful blue eyes I have ever seen, short spiky hair which made him look more handsome and his voice sounded like that of an Angel. Well, I haven't seen any Angel in reality but I have seen them in movies.

She is to be wed by the next full moon; her heart belongs to another.” Sir Braavos shook his head, a wry smirk playing on his lips. “I see a face and a body, yes, but I see neither grace nor elegance. Perhaps I should have my eyes examined for a better prescription?” A wave of suppressed chuckles broke out among the neighboring Omegas watching from the distance. Jake and Amanda’s expressions soured instantly, insulted to be humbled so effortlessly on their own land. “Just take her and go,” Jake snapped, his demeanor turning harsh as his pride took a hit. “Send our regards to the Alpha King.”

Dim lighting, sleek furniture, and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the city skyline. Mona stepped inside and let out a small gasp. "Oh my God." Her voice was barely above a whisper. "You live here?" Kane watched as she walked toward the window, her fingers pressing against the cool glass. The city sprawled beneath them, glittering like broken glass against the darkness. She turned to him, her expression mischievous. "Can anyone see you from across?" "No." He shrugged, dropping his bag onto the counter. "Just us." She hummed, seemingly pleased, before turning back to the view.
