The blazed section of his lamptern went dim, and in a flash, a pillar of light appeared with a blinding shockwave, making Jelnimia scream out in anguish as it tore open, almost consuming them.

Delilah said with a laugh. "Of course. They will figure it out soon enough though, they would know that it is time to rest already. And by that time, Abdul will be ready to help in carrying out my next plan, my stay in the palace will not be for naught. Now it is time for me to put them against each other.
