The Cultivator's Revenge

The Cultivator's Revenge

He stepped inside. The room was strikingly simple. The floor was covered with tatami mats, and in the center was a low wooden table with a tea set, a thin wisp of steam still rising from it. The only light came from a paper lantern in the corner and the pale moonlight filtering in from a large window overlooking the garden.

A New Babysitter and the Billionaire Widower

A New Babysitter and the Billionaire Widower

I extended my hand, helping her out, and when our fingers touched again, that electric current returned. "What a beautiful place…" Giulia said, admiring the entrance decorated with bamboo and small water fountains. "I hoped you'd like it." I took a deep breath. "I thought it would be… special." We walked in and were greeted by a smiling hostess, who led us to a private area. There were tatami mats on the floor and low wooden tables, with soft cushions to sit on. Small lanterns hung from the ceiling, creating a warm, cozy light. When she saw the reserved table, a mix of surprise and enchantment took over her face.

Slippery cravings

Slippery cravings

The Tokyo skyline glowed like a digital dream under the midnight sky. Skyscrapers stretched endlessly, their neon signs flashing in kanji and English, while the distant hum of the city pulsed below. The private penthouse at the top of the Mori Tower was a world of minimalist luxury — black marble floors, floor-to-ceiling glass, and a king-sized bed that looked like it had been made for exactly this kind of night. Kenji Sato, 38, stood at the railing in a tailored black shirt, watching the city lights. The Japanese-American tech investor had just closed a major deal in the city that never slept. Now his hunger had shifted to something far more primal.

VELVET

VELVET

Slowly lowering myself into the bathtub, I hissed at the initial contact against my torn skin but soon let out a sigh of relief as my body adjusted to the cold temperatures. As he left the room, I looked around at the rather large space, everything clad with wood detailing. There was a divider between the tub I was in and the glass-encased shower that took up the majority of the back wall. Lining the adjacent walls was a double-sink vanity; the other lined with a short table that had two large drawers. The sliding doors that made up the entire front wall were Japanese shoji screens made out of natural bamboo wood. The room had been thoughtfully planned out, paying special attention to where

The Mafia's Substitute Bride

The Mafia's Substitute Bride

As they passed stretches of farmland on the way out of Osaka and into Kyoto’s neater streets, Alecia couldn’t help noticing how everything felt deliberate but unforced. Their Airbnb was tucked behind a narrow alley beside a still canal. A black-painted door with wooden lattice opened into a tea-room-style house built with warm timber. The space unfolded slowly—a small stone courtyard, moss-covered stepping stones, paper lanterns casting mellow light. Nothing begged for attention. It had been crafted to speak in quiet. Instructions about trash sorting, Wi-Fi, and exits had been written neatly by hand and left tucked into a cushion beside the tatami mats.

The Alpha's Omega

The Alpha's Omega

After you. I smiled softly and gently pushed aside the vines, which opened up to a gorgeous room. Everything was made of oak, from the beautiful mirrored desk, two door wardrobe and king sized bed frame. I gasped, amazed and walked to the center, gazing around at the scenery. The smell of fresh oak and cherry blossoms filled the room, which the very walls had beautiful rose patterns carved into it. I sat on the bed and almost squeaked when I sunk deeper than expected; it was a water mattress, something I've never had the luxury to try before. I laid down, giggling like a child while Ciel stood in the room, smiling.

Clara's Mystery

Clara's Mystery

No wonder her room looked like it should have been bigger inside than it was. It looked like a purple oasis, with the accent wall painted a dark purple. It was flanked by a floor-to-ceiling picture window on one side that made you feel as if you were outdoors. And on the other side, he saw the walk-in closet and entrance to the bathroom. On the bed, she had a white Japanese-inspired duvet cover with dark purple sheets. It felt like a very relaxing and inviting room. It was a little girly, and it surprised him that she would let him into her private sanctuary, and he didn’t want her to change her mind.

Shameless plug here from your author. I hope follow Clara's adventures as she struggles to find her real parents and maybe the love of her life. Don't hesitate to leave me any comments, and don't forget to add this book to your library. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed writing it.

I really love this book! I love the chemistry between Sebastian and Clara, as well as how clara thinks and the fact that he is one of those women who say no to oppression and stand up for herself. Looking forward to continue reading the next chapters

Holiday Hearts

Holiday Hearts

said one of the workmen. The owner of the stall, sensing a possible sale, Summer was sure, eased up to them. "The bed was originally a custom size, but has been modified slightly over the years to take a standard king mattress." He gave them a snake-oil smile. "Just right for a happy young couple starting out." "Oh, but we're not - " Matt squeezed her shoulder and cut her off. "I'd like to see the rest of it." "Come on out here," the dealer said, walking toward the storage area out back. "It's all in near-perfect condition."

An Act of Vengeance

An Act of Vengeance

Ren said nothing and showed nothing on his face as he walked up to one of the gravestones that had the following words inscribed on it in the Japanese kanji letters: Here lies Tatsuya Fujiyama 15 May 1990 – 14 July 2006 Ren sighed as he carefully dusted some petals of the sakura blossom flowers off the gravestone before taking a slightly squashed orange out of his pocket and setting it before the gravestone. He stood before the gravestone for a long time without speaking a word, before sitting cross-legged on the ground. “It’s been awhile, Tatsuya,” said Ren sombrely. “It’s been three years. How are you?” [1] A Japanese garment similar to that of a casual summer kimono usually made out of co

The Billionaire Rockstar's Submissive

The Billionaire Rockstar's Submissive

Although I’d been on a small tour of the building the first time I’d met Tomichii, I’d never been to his office, and was surprised to find it furnished in a very traditional Japanese style, the room sparse but ornate in the carved woodwork, cherry blossom painted screens and cushioned areas around low tables. On one of these tables sat a tablet-style device similar to my own, but the rest of the table was also acting as a display. This was clearly where he worked. Another table near it held a tea set and other tools, including a neat stack of paper and a pen.

I'm not sure how to explain this right, but I think another book was here originally. The title was left the same, but this book is actually Resurrected (Almost Immortal Courtesan Book 1). However, I don't think this book is finished. I really love this book and want to know how it ends!
