He rasped, my stomach felt giddy and my heart thumped wildly as I just scoffed, causing him to nod his head as if he was making notes of how to punish me tonight. Then we rode bumper cars which were Jason's favorite and this won't let me ride in peace. He was obsessed with bumping his car into mine again and again. And we were laughing like maniacs. If another car would bump into mine Jason would be right behind that car to take my revenge. I was grinning ear to ear after riding the bumper cars. He bought me some snacks and he played a dart game for me. He won a teddy bear as a prize and he gifted it to me.

"Maya." I smiled back. "Hi, Jason." His eyes moved toward the babies in my arms. "Are they awake?" I laughed quietly. "Not yet." He looked disappointed. "I wanted to show them something." "What?" He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small wooden wolf figure. "I made this for them." My heart softened. "Jason, that's beautiful." He shrugged, trying to hide his pride. "I thought they should have something from me." For a moment, I forgot everything else.
