She pushed the glass door and was welcomed by a chilly air as she stepped out. At mid autumn, her clothes were not as thick to shelter her from the biting cold. So when the breeze billowed she shivered. Suddenly, a weight settled in her shoulders as a thick trench coat was draped over her body with it, too, was the residual heat from the former wearer.

**Jade POV** I finished my shower in record time before quickly raking all the products I’d been given through my hair and giving it a quick blowdry before throwing it up in a bun still slightly damp. I remembered how my hair kept getting in the way while I was trying to take notes yesterday and I wasn’t willing to deal with it again. Her outfit should have been what is considered as conservative but Jayden’s eyes could still notice her assets. ‘That small waist and full chest. Mmn.’ “Jay..” Halynn was about to ask him if they’ll meet later during break time but he looked like he was in a rush as he hastily closed the door and left.

He wore the shirt tucked in, with a silver oval belt buckle etched with a rodeo cowboy riding a bucking bronc. Top that with a tan suede Western-style jacket that made his shoulders look wider than usual, and she swore her heart went aflutter. Caroline ***** My hands smoothed over the soft cotton short-sleeve shirt and distressed jeans I wore. The weather would be reaching the low seventies today, so I didn't have to wear a sweater today. I draped a light leather jacket over my shoulders just in case and grabbed my backpack.

Here, the air smelled of salt, wild beach roses, and clean, unadulterated freedom. Hayden was right, it was very windy and cold up on the deck. I quickly styled my hair into a bun and tied it on top of my head to keep it from flying around like crazy around my face. Thanks to Hayden, I had a jacket on top of my dress. It didn’t stop me from feeling the cold, but it still helped a lot, that’s for sure. “You were right. It’s so windy here…and so cold,” I said, my teeth clattering a little. “Come here,” Hayden said as he spread his arms wide.

"What's your plan for today?" Jayden asked, rolling up his car window. Lea didn't answer right away, but instead looked closely at Jayden. Jayden looks very different today. He wore a light blue long-sleeved shirt, the sleeves rolled up to his elbows, wore a dark blue tie that hung low around his neck, combined with black trousers and shiny black leather shoes. With one glance, Lea knew that everything that stuck so snugly on Jayden's athletic body were expensive items from famous brands.
