"How could I order you to take drugs from the restricted cabinet in the first place? You're the moron who killed someone out of incompetence, and now this is my fault? How shameless can you be?" I sighed. "You're pretty heartless yourself, aren't you? When you were head over heels for him, that same incompetence was 'adorable.' Now he's just a moron to you?"

It was almost comical. He took a step away from Jefferson and raised the gun, aiming it at Jefferson’s head. “I’m glad you talked. I don’t mind torturing information from people, but I hate cleaning up the mess afterward.” Jefferson clenched his eyes shut and Jake pulled the trigger. Jefferson’s head snapped backwards, the sound of the gunshot deafening in the smaller space.

“I’ll take my chances.” Blake raised an eyebrow, clearly testing him. Jeff shoved his hands into his pockets and leaned back like he was cool as ever, even though I could tell the nerves were still bubbling underneath. “I’m a good guy,” he said honestly. “No rotten skeletons in the closet.” I snorted softly under my breath. That had to be the cleanest, most polite way anyone had ever described Jefferey. “Besides,” he added quietly, “Esther doesn’t even know any of this yet.”

But why would the enemy act from their own plan? ‘I don't know. I wonder so too. Maybe he woke up and through the effects of the drugs he killed the cleaner and fell back to unconsciousness. But I will still look into it, but whatever the case maybe, our plan was successful.’

Theo fired back as his eyes twitched in outrage. "And be ready to expect her to get a high heart attack, probably for her to collapse and die at the scene. You would be awarded for the most dangerous human being for being behind the death of your closest siblings. Try it. It would surely be fun, don't you think?" Jeffery grinned with his blood-stained teeth wide open like a maniac in a horror movie. Damn! I feel like disappearing.

Devastating screams rose and fell, one after another! Just then, a crisp interrogation sounded from behind the bead curtains. Jeffrey held his bloodied head with a napkin as he parted the bead curtains furiously and roared, “You’re Theo Zander? So what you’re saying is that you will lay a hand on me as well?” Jeffrey was seething. He was only here to toy with some woman, but he got his head cracked open instead!

He asked. "Jeff have you lost your mind or something? I might be everything else in this world but definitely not a kidnapper" she said in anger. Jeff stood to his feet looking surprised. "I watched the ending of a news broadcast talking about a kidnap and murder of some body guards but I didn't know it was Selena, this is good news" she looked away with her hands on her hips. Jeff blinked his eyes severally. "Are you saying you didn't do it?" He asked.

DARLENE “Frank dug his own grave.” Jeff says after narrating everything to me. They've just arrived after passing by the police station to record their statements. “He sure has.” I say. “I wonder when he turned to be such a beast!” I'm angry at him for one reason though! He kidnapped my son and on top of that fed the kid with lies. Why should he lie that we killed his parents? I'm now more than convinced that he's sick in the head!
