JESSICA'S POV Now I have nothing to do. I just look and eat without warning anything throughout the day. The man at the bar told me to resume the next day. That wasn't so hard was it. I decided to take a walk downtown. If I stay with myself too much, I might just start overthinking. It was just morning and it was quite stupid to take a walk. I paused and glanced back at Susanne and Viktor as I approached the door, and without so much as a word to them, I walked inside, ignoring Viktor even as he kept calling my name. An awkward silence crept into the atmosphere, their eyes locked on me. “Who are…” one of the men was asking when Mr. Hall spoke up. “She is Jessica Hemsworth. My assistant…” Mr. Hall paused, then looked at one of the men and continued. “Jessica is an artist, and she's best at what she does.” My jaw almost reached the ground, and I froze on the spot.

“Don’t do anything stupid, Jessica.” She laughs, shaking her head. “Oh, sweetheart. It’s already done.” ___ Jessica’s POV – A New Order I walk into the dining room with my head held high, my heels clicking against the floor as I take my seat at the head of the table. The maids immediately begin serving breakfast, moving with the precision I expect from them. **David’s POV** I watch as the hospital room transforms into an impromptu courtroom, the stark white walls and medical equipment serving as a somber backdrop for Jessica's confession. She's propped up in her hospital bed, a shadow of her former self, her movement limited and her speech slightly slurred from the stroke. Yet, there's a clarity in her eyes that suggests she's fully aware of the gravity of her words. Lucas hovered by the door, looking like he wished he could melt into the woodwork. And I stood awkwardly by the window, the uninvited guest, the human ghost in the room. “Thank you for coming,” Jessica said, her voice weak but steady. She didn’t glance my way. Her eyes moved over her father, Ethan, and Lucas. “I know there are questions. I… don’t have all the answers. It’s just fragments.
