THIRTY SIX: JESSICA'S POV “You're tracing out again, Jessica.” It was Willow's voice that jolted me out of my thoughts. I turned and glanced at her, then shook my head. She wouldn't understand, and I had no plans to tell her that the man she admired actually killed those three girls last night. How could I even tell her that? “I'm.. I'm just nervous.” I replied slowly and she dropped the book. She was sitting on a couch before me, but she came to sit on the empty space beside me.

“But right now, the gallery is fully booked. If you had brought this to me a week ago, I would have agreed without hesitation.” A lump formed in my throat. A week ago? If only I had known. If only I had acted faster, moved quicker, been one step ahead instead of drowning in my own hesitation. Delaware exhaled, leaning back slightly as if trying to soften the blow. “At the moment, Hillman has booked a three-week convention to showcase the missing pieces of Hilther—treasures from the ancient times. We’re swamped, Darla.” Hillman. Of course.

The design was clean and simple like it was a totally different world. After a few steps, Damien came into view, standing by a door with his hands in his pocket. Jerry straightened. "You asked for me?" Damien glanced over his shoulder, his expression tired. "Hmm." He turned and opened the door, saying only one thing. "Come." Then without waiting, he walked in. Jerry’s brows drew together in confusion but he followed. They passed a hallway, turned a corner, and entered a quiet, softly lit room. And that was when Jerry froze. His breath hitched because on the bed, resting against soft white pillows, was the very person the world believed was dead.

She stopped while she panted and gasped for breath. She wraps her hands gently on her neck and was breathing hard. “You don't want to this.” She said while queen Miranda took her arrows and fix it on the bow. “You are not going to save me from death, then brings me out here in the wood to have me killed when you are not a psychopath.” Jessica uttered, and queen Miranda fired at her. Jessica shut her eyes tight as she stretched her forwards and pushed herself backward. She staggered on something and open her eyes while she finds herself in a room with her back against the wooden head of the king-size bed.

She smiled at Rex and wanted to walk away when she heard Rex ask her, "How was your outing today, sister?" "Fine, brother," Jessica forced a fake smile, and Rex decided to introduce the young nurse to Jessica. He said, "Sister, meet my friend, Lila Brown."

Jessica, her red dress now slightly disheveled, managed to break free from the guards' grip for a few seconds and ran back to the entrance of the banquet hall, with a panicked Herry chasing after her. "Mr. Kael! I don't believe it!" Jessica screamed hysterically, her shrill voice drawing the attention of several people around the bar. She pointed a trembling finger at Hellena. "You're lying, aren't you?! There's no way a fat and ugly woman like her could be the wife of someone like Kael Willian! It doesn't make any sense at all!" Herry, who caught up behind her, immediately covered Jessica's mouth in panic, his face deathly pale. "Jessica, shut your mouth! Do you want to get us both killed?!

That alone felt like progress. When I reached the breakfast room, all three brothers were already there. Elias with his tablet, Julian crushing grapes into juice for Emma, and Damian pretending to check legal drafts but mostly watching me walk in. “You’re trending again,” Julian said, sliding his phone across the table. Evelyn Hartman seen leaving Brooklyn fire scene—sources suggest sabotage. I skimmed the words, barely feeling them. “They’ll change the headline again after lunch.” “Meaning?” Damian asked.

She felt her chest hurt all of a sudden, she got a bad feeling but she doesn't know why. That bad feeling was especially for Dante and she started searching for him. Her eyes zeroed on the red dot on his clothes chest.

Then the police pulls it out. "You are a criminal! You killed Steven! You will rot in prison as long as I live I will not forgive you! I hate you! " She shouted and pulled her again. The police begged Hellen not to stop hurting the girl. Catherine sobbed tears. Because she could see anger in Hellen's eyes. She feels she is guilty. She was afraid to face its threat to him that she would rot in prison. No matter what she does she still can't remember everything. She will remember nothing of that night. Whatever she does nothing enters her mind.
