I could see that he was growing very frustrated. Suddenly, I noticed something in his eyes. I knew he sometimes had trouble controlling his anger, but I didn’t think that would happen during a sparring exercise. Before I could stop the exercise, he spun and threw a punch with full force, throwing Jasmine back. Everyone gasped, noticing what happened. I shifted into my wolf in anger, tearing my clothes, and attacked him. I grabbed him by the center of his body with my mouth, swinging him violently and throwing him into the grass. I had to stop myself from killing him I was so pissed.

My sadness and shame were turning into anger and my anger turning into rage. I wiped off the tears in my eyes and my teeth clenched, "I'm serious and not kidding around fucking give it back or I'll fucking knock your teeth out!" I screamed angrily, I was tired of his taunting and constant jest. He froze up and the colour drained off stretched out his hand and handed me the toy.

Wayne could see the stark aggravated expression, and so he pinched on her puffed cheeks. “Aaaw! What was that for?” Her eyes widened in surprise as she looked at Wayne, he laughed with no sound. We exchange funny smiles and he raises his fist, gently bringing it down and hovering over Angie’s exposed nape. We watch as a droplet falls and when it perches on her neck, Angie jumps up with a yelp and we both explode into laughter. Angie glares furiously at us with a scowl on her face and I back away, “I did try to wake you up nicely but you seem to be having a good dream”.

“Stop throwing stuff! Just breathe, alright?” I was breathing. Heavy and loud. My chest was rising and falling like I’d just run a mile uphill. My hands were shaking, but not because I was tired. I was mad. I was hurting. And I didn’t know what else to do with all of it. “We didn’t mean to upset you,” Jasper said after a long pause. “Seriously, Phoebs. We were trying to make you laugh. I talk right over him, my voice getting louder and more angry. “You know what, Jasper? This new low of playing with people’s feelings is really disgusting behavior. Like, really disgusting. Even for you, this is too much.” I point my finger at him, feeling my anger building up inside me. “You’re going to end up a sad, lonely man in the future if you keep treating people like this. Nobody is going to want to be with someone who thinks it’s funny to mess with their emotions.”

I choked out, but I was sure he would not hear the words through my croaked voice soaked with unshed tears. "You were angry at me and rightly so..." "You thought I was angry?" my gaze snapped up to him and a humorless laugh escaped my chest, followed by tears welling in my eyes. "That's funny because I thought you were angry. I mean if anyone has a right to be angry that would be you," His face twisted in a mixture of confusion and surprise. He closed the distance between us, cupping my cheeks and making me look him in the eye, "why would I be angry with you Muffin?"

I scrunched up my face, rage biting through me at the dead humor. “You think this is funny?" I scoffed. Jasper stopped laughing and waved his hand at me. “You're funny," he muttered and I frowned. “Funny?" I huffed, shaking my head in disbelief and rage. “This is not close to being funny!" I spat as I stomped my foot on the ground. I wished I could slap them across their faces and restore some sense back into their minds but I had to save myself first from the fear that was eating deep into me.
