"You know... we really picked the wrong major." Jack said, looking into the distance. Adom looked at him with questioning eyes. What was he thinking? This man never seemed to think. While Adom loved letting every thought go and just being and not worrying or thinking about anything, "what? Why?" Adom asked, wanting to know what he was thinking about now. "you know. We are never going to find a cute beta or omega here!" Jack huffed.

One afternoon, as they sat in the backyard, Johan opened up a conversation about an idea he had been thinking about for a long time. "Alana, I've been thinking about starting a small business here. What do you think?" asked Johan. Alana raised an eyebrow, intrigued, "Small business? That sounds interesting! What were you thinking?" Johan smiled, "I was thinking of opening a small cafe with a cozy atmosphere. A place where people can come, relax, and enjoy good coffee. We can serve your delicious homemade cakes." Alana laughed, "My cake, huh? That's a great idea, Johan. I've always loved baking, and I'd love to support you in this endeavor.

“Ooh! I like the sound of that. Tell me what you have in mind so I can help.” I groaned lightly. “That’s the thing—I don’t know yet. I have no idea what he likes, but I’m going to find out.” My mind was already racing through possibilities, each one more frantic than the last. “I’m so glad I found out about his birthday today. It gives me time to plan and come up with something.” Jessica tapped her chin thoughtfully. “Anything exciting has my name on it. When you’re ready or you’ve come up with something, just let me know and I’ll assist any way I can. If you don’t get any ideas, I could make suggestions.”

I liked bossing people around. “Let’s get straight to the point,” I said as I sat down, calling everyone’s attention to me. “Present your ideas.” One by one, they all presented their ideas, some even going as far as using a PowerPoint to convey their message. After Jack and I chose one idea each and told them to write their proposals, we discussed the possibility of opening a branch in Los Angeles and who would be willing to go there. Well, it wasn’t a possibility. It was a given. Jack badly wanted to expand to Los Angeles and since we were already getting attention there, it was a good idea. For Jack, it was already a done deal. We just had to discuss the process of going about it.

The possibilities seemed endless. The sound of splashing water fueled their creativity. They discussed the potential benefits of expanding into new markets, the challenges they might face, and the strategies they could use to overcome them, as they eagerly considered setting up assembly in the country. Ideas flowed freely as they tossed around suggestions and debated the pros and cons of each possibility. Each idea sparked new opportunities, and the excitement in the air was palpable.
