I guess JB felt closer to my Dad in the house... while it always just made me sad and miss him.

Johnson was also very patient when he played with the kids, so they were rapidly growing close to him. It was obvious now that Jaybie would feel down whenever Johnson was too busy to play with him. My dad was childish sometimes but he is pretty grown up when it comes serious things like his job and taking care of the family and stuff but he's a chill guy otherwise. I was hanging out with dad as it is the weekend. I want to ask him more about his life. Did he have other kids? He didn’t have any personal pictures in his office, which was a bit odd. But I made the mental note to ask all of that today. The weather has started getting a bit chilly so I wore a hoodie with my jeans. John came to pick me up. He was bubbly as usual and we chatted on the ride. He told me more about his family and kids. His daughter was apparently having his first grandchild. He was really excited about it. He didn’t try to hide the excitement either.
