When the announcement was finally made, declaring Donovan the new SUG president, the room erupted into cheers and applause. Boma's heart swelled with pride and relief as she exchanged jubilant looks with Hilda. Amidst the celebration, Teni's expression remained inscrutable, though her eyes betrayed a hint of resentment as she watched Boma and Hilda share a moment of camaraderie. With Donovan's victory secured, the campus erupted into a frenzy of celebration, his supporters cheering his name with fervent enthusiasm.

He held my hands as he slowly led me to the altar, and everyone made way for us as we passed. Arriving at the altar, I could see how happy Dean was, even happier than I was, and all I did was laugh.
