Harley seemed to heave in relief before she started speaking, “I know what I did was wrong, and spies are normally killed. I dropped the beer bottle I was holding loudly into the packet, relishing the groan which came from the man I was purposefully torturing. “For fucks sakes,” he burst out, standing up and whirling towards me only to lose his balance and stumble back into the couch, landing with a thud. “Thought you'd have a party for one, huh Jay?” I drawled, setting the packet on the kitchen counter. “Nevermind what happened with me, where is Harley?” Jay grumbled. I shrugged and let him stew for a bit until I saw he was on the verge of throttling me, his red rimmed eyes burning into me.

It was a man with white makeup on his face, along with what appeared to be black eyeshadow. The man had his pitch-black long hair tied up into a ponytail, and it looked like he had blood painted across his broad shoulders. The white makeup made the man look like Jared Leto’s Joker from the Snyder Cut Justice League. Gregg felt helpless while looking up at this shirtless, sweaty mass of raw muscle who was towering over him, holding a shiny long antique battle-ax in his left hand. He’s been my little wingman through all of this. I scan the crowd again and spot the red and black. Of course Alice is Harley Quinn. I smile to myself as I walk over and look her up and down. She’s got on the classic Harley costume. Not the new one from Suicide Squad, but the black and red jester outfit that hugs her lush full curves in all the right places and makes my mouth water. Her hair is down, and the dark curls frame her face. She’s not wearing her glasses, and her eye makeup is heavy. She looks like a nerd's wet dream, and I’m having a hard time walking a straight line to her.

It was interesting to see that they had made it all the way to South Dakota on their random journey and now were set to enter the apparently sleepy town of Temperance. Brick smirked at the sign and turned his attention back to relieving himself along the highway making sure to mark his territory as he did before traveling back toward his bike, a very impressive black Harley-Davidson Classic Road King, and climbed back on. "We heading into Temperance huh?" asked Rooster with a strange grimace on his aged face. The thick white beard and equally long white hair that lined his head made him look quite menacing and the expression didn't help any. Brick nodded smirking at the older man.

Harley, who was about to threaten Jason, could not manage to get the word out as he screamed in pain. Jason was impressed with Jane. He felt that her kick was truly both accurate and ruthless. Jane then raised her eyebrow and glanced at Jason pridefully. “D*mn woman, just you wait.” After the painful scream, Harley glanced at Jane resentfully and bellowed. “What’s going on?” Jason ignored Harley, who was screaming bloody murder. Instead, he focused his attention on the pitiful-looking Madison. “He sabotaged the advertisement. He wanted me to be with him.” Madison sniffled.

I retorted, matching my tone to hers. She huffed and crossed her arms over the too-white duvet, flexing her fists so the lettering across her knuckles stretched. Love and hate both got distorted. ‘Huh, sounds like your messed-up brain, buddy,’ said Knight. ‘Don’t act like yours is any better,’ I shot back. He held up his paws. ‘Can’t argue with that.’ “Some bastard poisoned me, all right?” said Harley, fixing her gaze on the linoleum floor. “I don’t know who it was or how they did it. Now Nova’s got the whole pack on lockdown while she tries to find the little bitch who did it.”
