Joker then took his hand and brought him over to me. "Blade this is my baby sis, Petal or Athena as the gang likes to call her." Joker said. "Or Goddess!" Dom yelled out as he walked up and put is arms around Margo. Decker followed him over and did the same to Nat. "This is Margo, her best friend and Nat her other best friend. That's Dom and Decker, their boyfriends." Joker continued after he rolled his eyes. "That's Thor and Sunny the Rebels leaders. You know Thrash." he gestured over to them.

There, the Joker frowned and tears streamed down his face. “This is you.” Rhett put the card in his hand. “You’re a fucking joker. You know that, right?” Jax turned the card over and took in the sleek design. It was thick and more of a lightweight metal that was so thin it mimicked paper. “What’s does a joker symbolize?” he asked. “You know I’m not a card player like you.”

CEO's Tears Over Pregnancy Test Discovery

His expression was stern and unyielding as he opened the door, his imposing presence dominating the room. Mrs. Quintana froze in place. "Mr. Joker... why are you here?" Mr. Joker was the right-hand man of the boss’s son. Now he was here in person, which explained why someone had dared to fire a gun in this area. Mr. Joker stopped in front of Nina and said coldly, "This person is not to be harmed." Mrs. Quintana hesitated, stunned by the realization that Nina's claims were true. Seeing her hesitation, Joker's eyes flashed with anger. "Didn't you hear what I said?"

i actually really the rhythm of the emotions and the upside down of the cenerio. The story hidden behind the character named zac is quiet interesting and is also full of mystery. and the thing that nash doesn't love marinda any more but still mumble her name while drunk,I think there is another story

NOT RECOMMENDED!!Only on chapter 186 and stopped due to the running in circles of the plot. to get this far and see no real character development and no resolutions is very disheartening. I loved the plot but this is ridiculous. I came to the reviews just to see many of the readers feel the same way

Extreme Curves (Dangerous Curves 7)

“It’s – well. Some of it’s really bad. But you must know that, right?” Ace thought about the beatings that had gone on for hours; the crunch of lower leg bone; the knife carving out his left eye; the razors cutting the skin off his chest. Joker had insisted on removing his Fallen Angels tattoo personally, claiming that a cock-sucking traitor had no right to have it on his body any longer, and Ace still wasn’t sure if Joker had been more outraged by his disloyalty to the club, or his homosexuality.

She walked towards him and hit him in the back of his head. "What are you wearing, Al? We are not on the beach for sh*t's sake!" she exclaimed. The good looking man frowned. "No one has a violent reaction to my clothes except you." Maia put her hands on her waist. "First, they are afraid of you, and second, they find you hot. But, not me." "Well, that's my charm," the guy laughed. "How disgusting," she shook her head in disappointment. Alcot Blake Basil, the twelfth rank ambassador and the youngest wolf in the council. “Didn’t know you were the old lady kind, Hamill.” “Let her go.” Jax’s husky voice was even and measured, maybe too much so. “Right the fuck now.” “And if I don’t?” “You really want to find out?” “That sounds like a threat.” Joker reached into his back pocket, and now silver glinted in his hand. “I feel the need to protect myself, all of a sudden.”

Barrett: Heart of Promise

“No need to ask anymore, you know how many deeds you have violated and even dirtied our clan.” Upon hearing this, the old man widened his eyes, “A-are you the Alpha of Yngvirds?!” however without any confirmation he was beheaded in a flash by the man holding him. The Joker, stunned by the death of his employer, trembled. “I-I beg your pardon sir, I am just… A host hired by him!” he kneeled, not caring of the blood staining his hand as he bowed his head to the floor.

Airiane
Hello Airiane here! Greetings to everyone visiting my book :) I would greatly appreciate it if you leave reviews and comments. Formerly "My Lover's Fangs". Heart of Promise has reached it's second season now. I hope Barrett will capture your hearts! That's a promise!

The start of the story is in itself quite passionate and makes you want to read more. I liked how the clues keep popping out regarding what exactly happened to the manager. My recommendation at this time would be to leave less space in between the paragraphs as it seems to be too big sometimes.

The Arc: Elenio (English)

The Arc: Elenio (English)

Jo muttered in disbelief, to which Servant quickly agreed. “He’s facing death. One shot in the chest.” The waiter pointed to the bullet hole in his body, right in the chest, in his expensive-looking gray shirt. What is Heros doing in Fiend? Could it be that he escaped here for being a fugitive for the tragedy at King’s Door? But why did he go to the city like this? “You know who killed them? What were their characteristics like?” asked Jo again. Heros shook his head and winced at the pain. “I don’t know … people dressed in black. Someone escaped. I didn’t really pay much attention. We Archturians are not used to dealing with human life unless it has something to do with our enemy.”

My Unborn Heroes

"My informant told me that you were talking to yourself in the bathroom last night for five minutes. Were you discussing countermeasures with your little strategists?" My mind went completely blank. This was not part of the plan. 'Mommy, things have changed.' Even Caleb's voice became more serious. 'He tracked us back. There's a signal jammer in this room.' My heart sank. "What do you want?" I looked at him cautiously. "Take down Sean. I can help you." Steve pushed a cup of freshly brewed coffee toward me. "But nothing comes for free." "I don't understand what you're talking about." "No. You do." Steve smiled, but the smile never reached his eyes. "Anna, don't mistake me for those idiots who

Frequently Asked Questions

The spy thriller 'Joker Game' revolves around the D-Agency, a fictional Japanese intelligence unit during WWII, and its enigmatic recruits. Lieutenant Colonel Yuuki is the mastermind behind the agency, a calculating genius who trains spies to prioritize self-preservation over patriotism. The 'students' include the charismatic Jirou, the analytical Amari, the stoic Odagiri, and others—each with distinct skills but no true protagonist. The series thrives on their morally gray missions, where identities blur and loyalty is a performance.

What fascinates me is how the show avoids typical hero arcs—these spies are pawns in a larger game. Even Yuuki feels more like a force of nature than a traditional leader. It's less about individual backstories and more about the psychological chess match of espionage. The lack of a central figure might frustrate some, but it perfectly suits the show's theme: in espionage, no one is irreplaceable.
