Josee The Tiger And The Fish Novels & Stories

The fish was sizable, caught but reluctant to give in, so it kept struggling to escape. Kennedy shouted when he saw Jade and Calean still standing there. "Why are you standing there? Come help me out!" By the time Jade snapped out of it, Caelan had already taken his jacket off and tossed it to the servant. Then, he grabbed the fishing rod to pull the fish toward the land. "I'll help." Jade was afraid of Kennedy's wound opening again, so she quickly asked the servant to lead him away. Jade and Caelan worked together to pull the fish up, but the fish was sly and struggled to swim toward deeper waters.

I lean forward and kiss his cheek. He drops the gun on the table. His hands go to my waist as he grinds me on him. He groans out and I chuckle at him. He is watching me and I bite my lip. We both hear the click of the safety being turned off. “Tiger, climb off his lap, slowly and walk to me.” I look up to see Gianni with the gun pressed to Jose’s temple and his men held back by security. José holds his hands up. I climb off him and smirk.

As she turned around, she saw Lucille standing under a pavilion not far from her. Jessica waved at Lucille happily. Then, she ran toward Lucille, with Neal following behind. Everyone in the film crew knew Lucille. After watching that video in the morning, they found it hard to imagine that a beauty like Lucille would keep Caesar, the white tiger, by her side. It felt like watching a modern version of The Lion King. Apart from that, Caesar was a pure white tiger—clearly a breed that no one wanted to mess with. "Lulu, what brings you here?" Every time Jessica saw Lucille, she would give her a bear hug, and Lucille could only accept it.

The drive to the lake took an hour. We took the newer roads that made the journey faster. Cassiel handed me a guidebook on the fish and how to feed them. Their name is hard to pronounce, so I’m calling them silver pearl fishes. I hope they won’t be mad. The person who named them is to blame. I was reading the guidebook as Cassiel got the boat ready. Once on it, he took us to the center where we’d get a good view of the fish when they were ready to show themselves.

This time, the waiter left the pitcher on the table for us. “It’s not very strong,” Joemar said. “I can usually have six or seven before I feel anything.” I didn’t say anything. I kind of felt like I was on the verge of a buzz, but that might have been my imagination. By the time the fish tacos came out, I definitely had a nice buzz going. The tacos were made with thin chunks of fried fish, coupled with a chutney of pineapples, peppers, and onions. From the very first bite, I was in love. Grease ran down my chin as I wolfed them down.

] [I beg you not to, Thor the Tiger! The group chat exploded into panic, but Thor the Tiger said nothing. He just stared at me. My lips trembled. I took one shaky step back, then another, before turning and trying to run. However, with a single deafening roar, Thor the Tiger lunged. In an instant, he was behind me and then on top of me, slamming me to the ground. I was done for. Pedro the Parrot: [We’re doomed! Thor the Tiger’s got Miss Fruit! One bite and she’s dead!]

Leo immediately shot forward. Pearl followed close behind. At this point, the Jayzepanese group had already approached within roughly two kilometers. By the time Ray could see them clearly with his own eyes, they were only about five kilometers away from the cruise ship. Ray already knew they were coming, so naturally, he wasn't surprised. But the Jayzepanese group was different. The sudden sight of a man riding a tiger-sized dog—with another beast of equal size following beside him—left all of them visibly startled.

The tiger popped to the surface a moment later with a look of surprise on his face. "Aw look, the big kitty made Kaylee smile," Marissa said in a baby voice before she laughed and put her arm around me. I almost punched her, but I knew she was only trying to help me have a good time. The tiger had gotten a hold of the rim of the barrel and was pulling it out of the water, playing with the steel drum like a kitten with a new toy.
