Kaiya I open my eyes, but it’s as if I’m trying to see through a deep mist. I can’t make anything out around me. My arms and legs are trapped against my body. Someone tied me up. I let out a high-pitched scream and try to struggle out of my bindings, grunting and crying as panic wells up in my chest. “Sh-sh-sh,” Bowden’s voice flushes over me. “Stop fighting. I’ve got you.”

The screams were satisfying. “That’s for thinking omega women are weak!” She growled. Mom took another two and bent an arm backwards on one, snapping the bone and making the arm look disfigured. The second warrior got his head cracked open with a water jug. Good job, Mom. Dad, Adrian and I were taking turns on which body part we were going to break or dislocate. Kaia kept picking off warriors and then when she got to the last one, she was so angry, she used her forehead to butt it into the last warrior and broke his nose and then grabbed him by his crotch and shoulder and with strength I didn’t know she possessed, she flipped him over her head an on to the table behind her like a fucking wre

Probably because of the distraction from Alfi’s scream, Rian lets his guard down by purpose and lets Alfi hit him with Shikulo on his hand sending Rian flying crashing the sand.

Kai was snarling, his teeth bared as he raised his claw again. That’s when I knew I had to do something—anything—to stop this. So I screamed. I clutched my belly and let out the loudest, most dramatic cry I could. “AHHH! My stomach—Kai!”

I sprint toward the edge of Tartarus. Someone screams my name, but I don’t stop. Then I hit an invisible wall. It knocks me flat. A forcefield. I’m trapped here—and I can’t get to JoJo. Kaia I’m mid-lap on the indoor track, and Sabrina is yelling at me. “Move your ass, Kaia! You’re slowing down! She takes a breath and she unleashes a scream, it was nowhere near as loud as her usual scream but far louder than any normal human scream. when the scream was over Baylee fell into a ball cradling her throat in tears. “That was the best one yet, see I knew you had it in you, you wanna do it for me again?” The woman asks, the man puffs out a breath of air gritting his teeth

She lets out a vicious hiss that reminds me of the deranged stray cats that lurk in the streets on Earth. “The scourage!!” She hisses again as she releases the Kindred, as if touching him suddenly burns her. She performs a backflip, landing in a crouching position with one arm extended behind her head, high in the air. “Traitor!!” She growls, her eyes turning pitch black with rage. “TRAAAIITTTOOORRRR!!!” She screams again in a high pitch shrill that has everyone in the eatery hall cowering with their hands over their ears.

Kai said, a displeased sigh leaving his lips. "I just passed out!" Karen screamed. "What did you expect after your girlfriend nearly bled me dry?!" Kai grabbed her hair and pulled her up to face him. His eyes were cold and unfeeling as he stared at her. She could feel her nose bone snapping into place. Kai watched the spectacle, a spark coming to his dark eyes. "Perhaps I should give your mouth something better to do." Kai said, a sadistic look coming to his eyes. Panic filled her heart. She started shaking her head wildly. "No no no...you can't be serious.
