The Aces I was seeing looked pissed as fuck. One of the Aces took out his gun and shot four bullets in one swift motion. I looked down to see that he blew out two tires on Blake’s car, and two tires on my car… or was it four tires? I couldn’t tell.

Concerned by the implications, Liam immediately left for Kane’s packhouse. Kane was in his study when Liam entered, his expression urgent. “Alpha, we have a problem.” Kane glanced up from the documents on his desk, his brows knitting together. “What is it?” “It’s Ace. He’s missing.” Kane froze, the words slicing through him like a blade. “Missing?” he repeated, his voice low and dangerous. “Yes. Rylan’s pack is already searching for him, but I thought you’d want to know,” Liam said.
