Dogtags and Direwolves - Rowan’s Awakening

Dogtags and Direwolves - Rowan’s Awakening

Matthias blinked. “Did…” “…did he just wag his tail?” One of the younger Wardens laughed nervously. “I think he did.” Rowan grinned. “Don’t ruin his reputation.” For the first time all evening, even Elias smiled. The moment lasted only seconds. Because somewhere beyond the trees… A horn sounded. Low. Ancient. Not made of metal. Bone. Every smile vanished. Kael’s eyes narrowed. “I was afraid of that.” Elias whispered a name so quietly Rowan almost didn’t hear it.

Blood and Rain

Blood and Rain

"We're just here to make them think we're stupid enough to try." Garick stopped at the edge of the rocky plateau, exactly three hundred paces from the boundary of the ward—just out of range of the standard elven glass-tipped ballistas mounted on the high walls. He lifted his massive, clawed hand, and the three hundred wolves behind him halted in perfect unison, the sudden silence of the army more terrifying than their approach. "Sound the horns," Garick commanded. From the second row of the vanguard, six massive Lycan warriors stepped forward, lifting the long, curved war horns of the highland pack to their lips. They took a deep, collective breath and blew.

His Highness's little mate

His Highness's little mate

The witch said bitterly, Darryl snarled dangerously at her words but Decanal placed dainty fingers on his shoulder keeping him from throwing Kiona across the room. “ No, Dyrr is still out there. Even if your plan worked. Dyrr will hunt you down and rip you apart. Besides it's so good to have a mate don't you think?” Decanal teased rubbing her hands on Darryl's shoulder. Kiona scowled at the action rolling her eyes slightly. “ Yeah, yeah, yeah do you know what a summoning horn is?” Kiona said after rolling her eyes. She sat down properly resting on the wall. Darryl's expression morphed into seriousness at once. His simple glare ordered her to speak instantly.

No. 1 Supreme Warrior

No. 1 Supreme Warrior

Karsh said loudly, "Move based on what we planned! Remember, before we attack, don't let yourselves be seen. The moment you notice anything, send out a message!" All of the beasts answered at the same time, "We will follow the orders of the great leader!" Forty-something beasts left, leaving five behind. Karsh had a long body. Its upper half looked more or less like a human, while the lower half of its body looked like an incredibly big praying mantis. It frowned, looking in the direction where Fane's group had gathered, not saying a thing.

HE REJECTED ME, SO I TOOK HIS CROWN

HE REJECTED ME, SO I TOOK HIS CROWN

A loud, guttural, low-frequency blare violently rattled the reinforced glass windows and vibrated right through the heavy floorboards, instantly shattering the suffocating, erotic bubble we were trapped in. We both froze, our chests heaving as our eyes locked in mutual, paralyzing shock. The sound didn't stop. It was a rising, terrifying roar that echoed across the entire Shadow Vanguard estate, bouncing violently off the jagged mountain peaks. It was a sound I recognized with chilling clarity from my youth in the Blood Moon territory. "The war horn," Kaelen muttered. His voice instantly dropped all trace of primal arousal, his lethal, deeply ingrained military instincts violently overriding

The Last Thunder

The Last Thunder

The boys arrived at the border after dusk. The rhinoceros beast, or rather, the Jagged Horn Beasts, took a lot more time than the usual monsters for them to handle. It wasn’t because of the Jaggedhorns only, but rather, the distractions from the Moostets. These furry and bigger sized meerkat like creatures were hopping around everywhere, trying to distract Jai and Darrion from the charging Jaggedhorns.

Mated to the Alpha King

Mated to the Alpha King

A horn cuts the air from the outer wall. It isn’t the kitchen bell or the council signal. It carries through stone with a depth that moves people before they name it and the room pauses long enough to hear the next note. A second horn answers, closer, sharper and boots strike the corridor beyond the door. Marek’s already giving orders. “Salt down, buckets up and runners to the west yard. Bread for the watch. Hara, keep the pot high, Kai, with me.” He looks at me and doesn’t need to add a word. I’m already lifting the nearest basket. The air tastes different, faint smoke under the heat of the ovens. Joren grabs the other handle without waiting.

Creatures of THE Night

Creatures of THE Night

After what seemed like forever under his crushing weight, he propped himself up on his hands, staring down at me with wide, sated eyes. One of his fingertips brushed my hair from my face. Unusual warmth resonated in those honey depths I could never truly see in his human skin. He would have never let me in before. His glossy black hair hung past his shoulders, curved horns extending from between locks of hair. I reached up, caressing his horns, somewhat surprised he was letting me touch them. A beautiful shade of burnt umber. Unique patterns that looked more like carvings on stone than the natural groove of keratin rippling a ram's horns.

Bride Of The Shadowed Alpha

Bride Of The Shadowed Alpha

Calling her that made Lynn smile more. Bana was the first to step forward and put space between them, moving with a grace that reminded Lynn of a predator stalking its prey. As she moved closer to the center of the room, Lynn got a better look at her and noticed something she hadn't seen clearly before. There were two small horns at each side of Bana's forehead, barely visible at first but becoming more obvious as she tilted her head forward slightly, it was as if they were getting longer. They were a dark color, almost black, and they curved back slightly toward her hairline and very big once it stopped growing. Once she stopped walking, she turned around to face them.

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The impact of the explosion caused the surrounding void to collapse and the earth to shake as if doomsday was coming. "What?!" Azure Ox let out a shocked roar. "Give it back to you!" The next moment, Caspian grabbed the iron stick and swung it violently. The thick and long iron stick, like a bolt of black lightning, rushed to Azure Ox in an instant and smashed it into pieces with a bang. Countless flesh and blood exploded in all directions. Caspian reached out to grab it. He immediately sucked the pair of horns into his hands. This pair of horns was as thick as an adult's arm, but they were exceptionally heavy. They weighed three to four thousand kilograms, and their surface emitted a sharp

Even if i still read it, this book stopped being interesting after Grand pure emperor was killed...(that is ch. 2200 maybe) It is like realms are only introduced after he reaches a peak of the previous. There is nothing special about these realms and there is nothing special about the book anymore.
