The Abandoned Luna's Return

The Abandoned Luna's Return

"Aris? The First Architect? You've grown old, little girl. You were just a child when you 'Deleted' my world to make room for the 'Nursery' project." "I'm sorry, Jack," Dr. Vance said, her voice soft with a grief that spanned decades. "I didn't know they would keep you here. I thought you were gone." "Nothing is ever gone in Aethelgard," Jack the Noir Man said. He turned to the gates and waved a hand. "Open the City of Errors! We have guests who bring the end of the world with them!" ### The City of Errors The city was a sensory nightmare. The sounds of a thousand different deleted games and programs played at once—bit-tune music clashing with orchestral swells, the sound of digital explosio

The Billionaire’s Bride

The Billionaire’s Bride

The silence was punctuated by the occasional flutter of unseen wings and the unsettling feeling of unseen eyes watching their every move. Days crawled by as they navigated through the treacherous terrain, their senses on high alert. One evening, as they huddled around a meager campfire, Kai noted a faint luminescence emanating from a distant clearing. With cautious optimism, they ventured towards the light. The clearing revealed a sight that sent chills down their spines – the ruins of an ancient city, its architecture a stark contrast to the traditional style of the guardians. Eerie statues, their expressions carved with a hint of malevolence, guarded the entrance to a colossal library

Rex (Book 5)

Rex (Book 5)

"I despised my father for leaving me and my mother. My grandparents told me he left the village because it wasn't his life, and he had another family outside the island. I didn't want to believe it, but I had it stuck in my head until I learned the truth from my mother on her deathbed." Tears fell from her eyes, and she looked up at the full moon. "I hated my father my whole life until I learned he left to protect us." Ten Ten sniffles and wipes her eyes. "Before moving here, those bad men with black suits raided our old village. My father made a deal with the leader and was taken hostage to work in the cave for the jade. My father saved us. He saved everyone because if he didn't do what he

Ilyria and the Lightning Bird

Ilyria and the Lightning Bird

From the second dice, she got the next number—the page in the book. And there it was. It had even been marked ‘Lost Cities of the One World.’ Ilyria wanted to laugh but she was too relieved. She didn’t know how much time had passed but she felt an urgent need to hurry. She removed the page from the book, closed it and put everything back as it had been. For her father. She made her way back down the passageway, thinking of how she would love to spend days in her father’s chambers, looking over all his papers, trying to know the man and not just the fragmented memory of a father that she had.

His Sinful Desire

His Sinful Desire

It was the time where Aphrodite, his first love had disappeared just like what the oracle stated, and he doesn’t get a positive energy in this shitty book. How could he not believe what his uncle just said? When he know that Roswell Fletcher is the tenth city's king? A city full of guards and wise in mind controlling. The tenth and last city of the realm. The city of ‘Guardians'.

seems like an interesting read. the opening chapters and prologue had tension and some good descriptive imagery. just be sure to proofread the narration to get rid of minor punctuation errors (mostly in parts with dialogue) and to improve sentence structures. overall, intriguing plot

The story seems interesting, but I noticed sentences in the past and in the present on the same paragraph. It was hard to concentrate in the story with those changes. Needs a few corrections with this, but overall, a nice read.

Legacy: The Forgotten World

Legacy: The Forgotten World

Soren replied quietly and he added something else but it was too low for me to hear him so I quickly ran after the Nisse who was a little far from me and was waiting patiently. I tried to shut out the conversation I just heard that was clearly about me and not meant for my ears but I couldn’t. Sorens liked me and I didn’t like him that way. I was going to hurt his feelings and maybe lose one of my only friends here. ******** “My queen, is there something I did wrong?” Sorens asked me as I peered into the scrolls in front of me covered with dust, they were written on with a foreign language but that was not the problem I was having, the problem I was having was that most of the words were was

Shadows of the Lost

Shadows of the Lost

“You were lucky, that’s all. Now give me that damn book.” The moment the book was on her hand, she flicked the pages lustfully. Kleint was a bit worried the pages would be ripped and that she might never find the part she’s looking for at the state of her browsing. But his worries were in vain because, not a moment later, Z stopped flicking and was only staring at the necklace illustrated at the upper part of the content. There was a caption below the illustration and it reads, “TroXe: protector of the l**k.”

Probably the most challenging story I have written. With about 5 drafts and two years of crafting, it’s my longest work. It’s thrilling. I revisit it sometimes and, he, even I get overwhelmed and awed. I mean, it feels like I’m not the one who wrote it.

I love the world building of this novel! Even when you’re only in chapter one you can already see how the author meticulously planned the settings of the story. It’s descriptive so even if the world is new and unfamiliar the readers could still easily imagine what it’s like.

THE LOST TIDE KING

THE LOST TIDE KING

A child hid behind his mother’s coat. An old man touched the scar crossing his throat. I remembered the drowned throne room. The crown. Raiken’s blood. Grandmother splitting the bond. But not this city. I closed a gateway, I said. The woman who had spat laughed bitterly. You closed yours. She pointed toward the canals. Black water moved beneath the bridges. Shapes drifted within it. Bodies. No. Statues. Thousands of stone figures lay beneath the surface, their hands raised toward the city above.
