Jane exclaimed as we reached the front of the restaurant. "Evening Ma'am and Sir." A young man smiled opening the door. I nodded my head as we walked passed and Jane greeted him back. "Please follow me to table 64." He stated before turning away. "This restaurant is fucking massive!" Jane whispered. "There are only 2 restaurants per town," I explained. "Damn." "Sebastian Enits what a sight for sore eyes." Roy greeted standing up. "Roy Silva." I smiled in return. "You just returned and already have a gorgeous woman I see." He smiled making Jane twirl.

It was only Aria and Mommy who were talking, while Kenzo and I ate quietly. "It's great, Daddy. We have a restaurant there with Jiro and Kent. It's called 'the K' resto, and it mostly serves food from Paris. It's been doing great for the past two years, and we're also planning to bring 'the K' here soonest." Aria went on and on with her stories to Daddy. Daddy nodded repeatedly, showering praise on the three of them. It felt like she was indirectly targeting me with her praises, but I remained silent. Soon, we were driving away from campus toward the nearest restaurant. As we arrived, Chris jumped out first, followed by me, and then Aby. “Hello, ma’am and sir,” a young lady greeted us warmly. She looked to be around twenty-three to twenty-five years old, with a kind and welcoming demeanor. “Hello there,” Aby responded politely. “A table for three, please,” Chris requested. The girl nodded and smiled. My eyes wandered down to her nametag. Kiandra. That was a lovely name. “Sure, please follow me,” she said. We all nodded and followed her to the table.

Ken on the other hand hugs her back and then looks at both Mira and Jiro who can't believe their eyes that Ken is right there in front of them. "Yes auntie, I own 'Ma-Sa-Ya', the one catering your birthday right now but at the very end I would be giving this restaurant to somebody whom you will meet today as well." The shocked look of Mira and Jiro turned into fear as they hear every word of Ken. while somewhere within the ballroom, in one of the tables was the table where the Tanaka family were seated. They all heard what Ken said and that made them very interested in hearing it.

She said pointing at what looked like a steel table and wooden desk. "Where?" I asked confused. She went and sat on the not soo clean table. This restaurant or... whatever hardly has 5 tables. There is 1 fan that looks like it would fall anytime, and 2 middle aged women run this. One in the tiny kitchen and other as a waiter. She pointed in front of her. I gave her a nervous smile carefully making my way across the small gap between the table and seat sitting in front of her. The table has yellow stains on it. I might throw up.

Devrim made up the rear, making sure Obsidian wouldn’t run, because I knew it was what he was considering. I glanced at him over my shoulder with a smile in place, but it faltered when I saw the panic in his eyes. A sigh slipped past my lips the moment we finally arrived at the table. The lighting was dimmer, and the table was a lot bigger than the others in the restaurant. “I’m glad you could join us,” Jarrod said, standing when we arrived at the table. “Thank you for the invitation.”

With the colony having limited options this place is always booked, since it really is the best we have. Cyrus is truly unfazed about who sees us together.

Then he started leading her toward his table, leaving Akira and Jane to look at each other with amusement. Sakura said, “But I was going to sit with Akira and Jane.” “Don’t worry. They’ll be fine sitting with Sebastian, Hayden, and Darcy,” he interjected. “But you won’t.” Sakura raised a brow in question. “What do you mean by that?” Conrad didn’t answer, instead saying, “You know, they have very good food here. Roast pork, steak, pizza, Chinese, Italian, Indian, not to mention Hawaiian.”

All the tables are taken from what I can see, and guilty of slowing us down I’m praying our reservation still stands. “Sir, madam, please let me escort you to your table.” The waiter leads us through the crowd, passing the tables which are all occupied. I nudge Eric, shrugging my shoulders with a confused expression. I bet the table is somewhere at the back, next to the kitchen and restroom. Oh, well, at least they have karaoke after ten. The waiter pulls a large velvet maroon curtain aside, followed by a loud, “Surprise!” My hand clutches my chest as my mouth falls open in shock.
