The room was low-key but undeniably luxurious. The floor was dark oak, polished smooth, and a thick rug softened the space around the bed. The king-sized frame was low and modern, dressed in white sheets with a charcoal throw draped neatly across the foot. Floor-to-ceiling curtains softened the evening light, and a sleek glass desk stood against one wall. Everything was clean, ordered, expensive but lived in carrying the quiet weight of a man who valued control over comfort.

Flopping down on the bed, I’d ordered an Alaskan King, the largest bed possible. A whole 108” by 108” of memory foam that boasted the best cooling air flow to cool even the hottest werewolf down. Or so the representative I spoke to advised. It was nice, softer than anything I’d slept on in my entire life. Luxurious couldn’t even begin to describe how I felt in this room. It was like a dream. A dream that if I woke up from, I’m not sure I could take the pain of it all.

Not that I did much looking around last night but I notice somethings that I didn't take mind of previously. The room is kind of how I pictured it to be; the king-size bed pushed to the side of the room. A single table and chair in the corner of the room and a easel at the far end of the room. It isn't much but it's exactly how I imagined his room to be; bare and only containing the necessities. It's the same with his room at the mansion.
