The walls lined with flickering fluorescent lights, but they were uncaring, already used to the darkness as their footsteps echoed off the cold walls showing that they had descended deeper into the earth.
Soon, they got to a single door and opened, a secret lab sprawled out, filled with an assortment of tubes, portions, and other strange, unknown equipment. The room was a maze of workbenches, each one cluttered with numerous devices.
