Author's POV Leila gripped the steering wheel tightly, her eyes blinded by tears. She tried to undo the image that stuck to her head. But nothing was helping, it stayed put like a plague. When the images appeared on her phone screen, Leila had thought it was her hallucinating. Until the sender had captioned it with a threat that there would be more to come. Her head spinned and she wished there was someone to turn to so bad. It's times like this, she sometimes regrets her quest to become Luna at all cost. If not, Kira would have definitely offered her a shoulder to cry on.

I lead her to her chair and help her to sit down before returning my gaze to the sea of eyes in front of me, time to burst their bubbles. “I shouldn’t be doing this because it is not necessary but I guess I should so we won’t have any kind of problems in the future.
