Suddenly a smaller one ran from beyond the treeline. The creatures had pale gray skin with black eyes. They wore dried animal skin. The taller one wore it around its lower half like a skirt and the smaller one like a dress. They had large thick muscles running all over their bodies, it would take a really sharp blade to even cut their skin. "Tristan, what do we do," Trix yelled as the giants began to circled them. Tristan glanced at both the creatures. "I was hoping you could tell me," he yelled back.

“Well, I should prepare to [Teleport] now.” Suddenly, a cracking sound came from behind him. Crone’s attention was taken and he turned around. The large pieces of rubble were twitching as if it was alive, but it was not the rubble itself that was alive, clearly. Crone couldn’t help but smile. “Pretty tough aren’t you?” The large piece of rubble finally moved over. What came out of the piece of rubble did not look human nor any of the other species. It had crimson red hair, its body was stark white and as if it was covered in armor. Its eyes were like that of an insect’s but sharper on the edges and its frame was also quite large and muscular.

“Rainbow Claw training facility is under attack. Massive creature, unknown classification. Multiple casualties confirmed.” The words hit me like a bullet to the chest. Rainbow Claw. Where children trained. Where Debbie spent her afternoons learning combat forms and strategy. “Details,” I barked, strapping on my bulletproof vest. “Creature broke through the main facility wall twenty-three minutes ago. Witnesses describe something the size of a truck, covered in natural armor plating. Enhanced durability, tactical intelligence.” Jarek’s voice cracked slightly. “It targeted the children specifically instead of causing general destruction.”

After spending a few minutes trying to figure out a decent name and failing, Kirou took another look at the system prompts before a name jumped out in his mind.

Kane asked, his sharp gaze sweeping over their group. A few warriors bore scratches and bruises, but no one was gravely injured. Lyra wiped her hands on her cloak, her heart still racing. “What were those things?” she asked, her voice steady despite the lingering adrenaline. Valeria crouched beside a patch of ground where one of the creatures had fallen. “Constructs,” she said, her tone laced with disgust. “They’re created through dark rituals - part magic, part shadow. They’re mindless, but dangerous in numbers.”

growls Zakira. "We die," the man says, coughing. "No... we are shredded into pieces." Zakira pulls his sword out from the man's belly. He falls to his knees. Sword swings from right to left, engraving a line on his throat. Zakira grips the man's head with its hairs and pulls it up. The beheaded body falls down from the raised plateau. Zakira holds the head in the air as an award. "Look at this," he calls out loud to the lowered eyes of men standing down on the ground.

The two men moved cautiously, following the signs across the forest floor. Broken twigs, clawed impressions in the soil, patches of dark liquid—everything pointed outward from the rift. Alec crouched, inspecting the ground carefully. The creature—whatever it was—was powerful. Garrick's voice was tense. “Alpha… whatever it was that crawled out of the rift isn't a normal predator or a rogue pack. It's something else.”

She gives me an eye before she looks away, and my chest drops as I return my attention to my board. "That seems like something you deserve. " Dex mumbles over my shoulder, and I raise my middle finger to him, earning a cackle before I lift my brush. Just as I look at the door, I manage to catch onto the blur. It's a blur, and I barely saw anything, but I can almost swear it was him. With a girl trailing behind him. The way he walked right past me earlier flashes through my mind, and I clutch my brush close as I start to move it with a disturbed mine.

“Just wait.” We hovered in silence for a moment longer. Then, with a low rumble, a creature emerged from the cave—twice the size of a horse, scaled like onyx, wings like torn silk. Its eyes were molten orange. It looked up just in time for Ryan to hurl the cake straight at its face. It hit with a splat. The creature roared, the sound echoing through the mountains. It wiped frosting from its eyes, looked up and saw us. He let out a stream of fire aimed at us

He didn't know he was the main target. As he turned to shift, he heard loud shrieks from afar. It sounded like a horde of bats. The shrieks increased as the creatures got closer to where he stood. Kendrick watched them with a hard expression. Kanimas! He hated the lot of them. They were creatures created from dark magic. The had the appearance of bats, only they were larger. They had a single long horn in the centre of their heads, large scaly body and enormous wings. He wondered why there were so many of them.
