Lawyer With Spoilers: Saving My Sister, Dooming Him

Lawyer With Spoilers: Saving My Sister, Dooming Him

"I've stopped writing. I won't write tragedies like this anymore. "As it turns out, there's no such thing as a life that's doomed from the start. What people call 'no way out' usually just means that no one has been willing to lend a helping hand yet, and no one has been willing to use the rules and the law to protect those who are being harmed. "I want to write new stories—stories about attorneys like you, about women like Eleanor who break free from the darkness, about the light of the law, and about the warmth of humanity."

ON MY HOCKEY BULLY'S BED (BLACKTHORN ELITE)

ON MY HOCKEY BULLY'S BED (BLACKTHORN ELITE)

But on the shelf directly beside it, three books had been pulled slightly forward from the rest—the unconscious habit of someone repeatedly reaching for them. I read the spines. Criminal Law: Principles and Cases. Forensic Evidence in Modern Prosecution. Michigan State Statutes — Student Edition. I stood very still. Mae Lawson wasn’t reading for pleasure. Mae Lawson was researching. I heard Mrs. Pembrook’s chair shift behind me. “Miss Sinclair.” Her voice had changed—less surprised now, more cautious. “Those books were requested by one of our scholarship students this week. They’re reserved.” I turned.

Bound To The Dragon Who Dreamed Of Me

Bound To The Dragon Who Dreamed Of Me

Vaelrion decided humans owned far too many books. He stared at the pile of law textbooks covering Lyra’s dining table while she sat cross‑legged in one of his shirts, highlighting pages like her life depended on it. “This cannot be necessary,” he said. “It is,” Lyra replied without looking up. “There are seven books about the same laws.” “That’s because professors enjoy suffering.” “That seems inefficient.” “You keep saying that like school cares about efficiency.” He remained unconvinced.

His Ex Mistress, His Enemy

His Ex Mistress, His Enemy

I reopened the tab I’d saved last night and skimmed through my notes on white-collar criminal liability and attorney-client privilege boundaries. The kind of stuff I’d cursed for five straight years for keeping me awake at night. But tonight or technically, this afternoon...my anxious brain needed something to control. And the law, no matter how awful, always came with rules. Tilting my head, I scrolled through the e-book, trying to remember the last time I studied not to win an argument but just to learn.

Hello guys, my connection’s finally back to normal! I’m so sorry once again—the storm really messed things up and the recent chapters weren’t as good as I wanted them to be. I’ve already re-edited the previous chapters that had errors, but my editor hasn’t confirmed the updates yet. Please bear with

CONSUMED IN THE TRIPLET ALPHAS' HEAT

CONSUMED IN THE TRIPLET ALPHAS' HEAT

Pushing her would only make her retreat further. “I handle legal disputes. Trials. Judgments. I make sure the pack follows our laws and traditions.” I picked up a book and pretended to examine it. “It’s lonely work. People fear me because I can tell when they’re lying. They avoid me because they don’t want to be judged.” I set the book down. “But someone has to do it. Someone has to make sure justice is served.” “Do you ever get it wrong?” The question surprised me. “Yes. Sometimes. And those are the nights I don’t sleep.”

HOUSE OF TABOOS(erotica shorts)

Sometimes, one or even both had to sleep at the office to make sure they won a case. Few came around to the library at this time of day as most have transferred to electronic research in this day and age. Yet, the law firm refused to get rid of it mainly to maintain legacy reasoning. As a result, large books of legal statutes and regulations fill the library to the brim and various treatises on the law and journal subscriptions. And it’s the perfect place for Aaliyah and Hudson.

Heartbreak And Wars

Heartbreak And Wars

The recognition was overwhelming but purposeful every interview was opportunity to discuss reform, every speaking engagement was chance to raise awareness. Reviews were overwhelmingly positive. The New York Times called it "a searing indictment of how easily justice can be corrupted by personal vendettas." The Washington Post praised Blake's "unflinching honesty about his own crimes while meticulously documenting his innocence of manufactured charges." One review from a law professor resonated particularly: "Matthew's book should be required reading for every prosecutor, every judge, every law student. It demonstrates the human cost of treating cases as statistics and defendants as abstracti

“Knowing my clients weaknesses, so whenever it's used in court against them I can easily counter it and win over the judge.” “What if there's no evidence to prove your client's innocence.” “If there isn't, you just have to make them up. Most of the court's evidence are always made up anyways.” Lenoir sighed and walked closer towards me, his eyes looking through the file in my hands. I was about to shoo him off when I caught a whiff of familiar strawberry shampoo.

The Law Bound Enforcer - The Legacies Series - Book Three

The Law Bound Enforcer - The Legacies Series - Book Three

My mind is finally clear, and I can now focus on the job at hand after a shower, of course. Sitting back down on my chair, I open my laptop to find several emails from clients wanting my attention. Sometimes, I regret becoming a lawyer, although I know it helps with business. I have easy access to judges and police. You would be surprised by the number of corrupt law officials. Everyone wants to get their pockets wet.

This book was good and enjoyable but since the updates have stopped coming in a timely manner I feel like can we just skip to the end. Just a brief overview what happened since we left off to the end would be fine.

I haven't read the previous two books about Wyatt and Dash, ai sonehow came upon this one and started reading, then found out it's a series. So I already know Wyatt and Dash have kids haha, so maybe that's why this book it's more interesting to me, because I don't know the conclusion yet.
